The Hollywood star wore a red button-up sweater and smiled for the camera, while also wearing gray hot pants.
On her feet she wore a pair of leg warmers inspired by Flashdance.
To complete her 80s-inspired fitness look, she wore a pair of statement sunglasses.
Earlier this year, the blonde bombshell showed off her youthful body when she posed for a series of bikini photos in her backyard.
