Aussie DJs sell massive Gold Coast mansion for an eye-watering $5.77million

A luxury mansion in Queensland owned by famous DJs Will Sparks and New World Sound brothers Tyrone and Jesse Taylor sold for a staggering $5,775,000.

The trio of Australian music gurus first put the sprawling five-bedroom, four-bathroom Gold Coast home up for sale in April, without specifying a guide price.

The 728-square-metre site, located in the upmarket Broadbeach Waters, was built by the Taylor brothers through their company Unique Built, according to Domain.

The musical friends first purchased a waterfront home in the same location in 2022 for a mere $2 million.

They then demolished the original house and built a multi-story building, which they later named The Arch.

Merge This beautiful home is an elegant, ultra-modern home with enormous living spaces and is inspired by Japanese and Mediterranean architecture.

Facilities include a courtyard, private cocktail bar and magnesium pool, creating a resort-like atmosphere.

There is also an outdoor entertainment area with a fire pit and water views.

Other highlights include a basement, private home office, media room and a luxury kitchen with pantry.

It comes after Tyrone Taylor spoke out about the listing realestate.com.au about the property in April.

“We’ve been friends with Will since we toured with him when Avicii came to Australia in 2014,” he said.

‘With “Arch” we thought: why don’t we just build our own house – the three of us – while we’re still young, and make it a very special home here on the coast.

“We just wanted to create a good all-rounder that has absolutely everything you could possibly want. We wanted to create the coolest house we could.”

Arch isn’t the only home the Taylor brothers have built in their iconic resort style. Famed Block buyer Adrian Portelli purchased one of their properties in 2022.

The following year, he “gave away” the $2.3 million, two-story Sanctuary Cove mansion as a lottery prize through his promotions company LMCT+.

The lavish complex was named Asylo, the Greek word for sanctuary, and included a six-metre-high palm tree centrepiece in the main building and a large swimming pool.

Meanwhile, DJ Will, 31, and his girlfriend Brooklyn Clancy put their extravagant $2.35 million home in Paddington, Brisbane, up for rent in 2020.

Documents show the couple bought the five-bedroom, four-bathroom home, called Onyx, in 2019 for $2.35 million before putting it up for rent for $2,200 a week.
