New York Jets WAG Hannah Brooke reacts to her boyfriend Jermaine Johnson’s heartbreaking season-ending injury

The New York Jets will now be without a key member of their roster for the second straight season due to a torn Achilles tendon after defensive end Jermaine Johnson suffered the injury on Sunday.

Johnson’s girlfriend, social media influencer Hannah Brooke, has now also responded to her husband’s devastating injury.

Brooke has over 462,000 followers on Instagram and is best known for her role in the Netflix reality series ‘Too Hot To Handle’.

Like Aaron Rodgers a year ago, Johnson is likely out for the entire season with the injury. It is unknown whether he will try alternative health methods like his quarterback did.

Brooke and Johnson’s relationship became public in August of last year when she shared a post showing the two getting close at MetLife Stadium.

The couple have been dating for a year after going public with their romance on social media

“Come back stronger. Keep the faith,” Brooke said on Instagram, reposting a photo of the moment Johnson was helped off the field in a medical cart against the Titans.

“Thank you everyone for your prayers and I wish Jermaine a speedy recovery.”

Johnson has appeared to be in good spirits since the injury occurred. After his injury was confirmed, he posted a video of himself on a scooter.

“Thank you everyone for all the prayers and support!” Johnson said on X. “This is not a dark time for me, although there will be dark days ahead, this is God’s way for me to not only grow as a man, person and player but to inspire others!! 11 is coming back and better, BOOK IT.”

The Jets won Sunday’s game in Nashville and are now 1-1. They have a short week, as they play the Patriots at home on Thursday.

Johnson’s injury throws new context into the Jets’ contract negotiations with Hasson Reddick, who has sat out training camp and every game this season in search of more money.
