Rebecca Judd reveals her shock day on a plate as she shows off her slender frame during holiday at private resort with husband Chris

You’d think that super-fit model Rebecca Judd would stick to a very strict diet.

The mother of four seems pretty relaxed when it comes to food, though, having enjoyed a variety of meals during a luxury vacation with her husband Chris Judd.

The 41-year-old AFL WAG showed off her slim figure in an Instagram video, revealing her “day in the life” during her stay at Bawah Reserve, a private island resort in Indonesia.

In the video, Rebecca says she starts her day with a cup of coffee and then goes to a yoga studio.

Then she drank a lung macchiato and enjoyed an omelette for breakfast.

After swimming, Rebecca had a delicious crispy fish burger for lunch, followed by an hour-long massage and ginger tea.

The couple then went snorkeling for a while before heading back to the resort and getting ready for another meal.

Rebecca had gnocchi for dinner, while her husband Chris opted for shrimp and lamb shanks.

The couple took a seaplane to reach the estate, where an overnight stay costs a whopping $4,700.

The resort features exclusive waterfront bungalows with stunning sea views.

“We’ve been away for two nights but it feels like we’ve been away for two weeks without the kids,” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram Stories post from Tuesday.

After their stay in Indonesia, Bec and Chris flew to Singapore to stay at the famous Raffles Hotel, which has hosted guests such as Michael Jackson and Charlie Chaplin.

The socialite and her former AFL star husband stayed in the luxurious Palm Court Suite, paying $1,899 to stay for one night at the palatial hotel.

Several photos showed a large black and white hallway, with Bec and Chris posing beneath the enormous crystal chandelier.

Raffles described it as ‘elegant, old-fashioned glamour’ and offered some fantastic photo opportunities.

Bec also shared a glimpse into the room where she and Chris are staying, which features a huge bathroom with a marble sink and 24-hour butler service.
