Halle Berry, 58, is effortlessly radiant in a fitted shimmering gown at world premiere of Never Let Go in NYC

Halle Berry rocked a striking ensemble as she attended the world premiere of Never Let Go in New York City on Monday.

The 58-year-old Catwoman star, who recently opened up about her “sugar-free” wellness routine, attended the glitzy event at the Regal Times Square alongside other celebrities, including RHONY alumna Bethenny Frankel.

Berry stars in the upcoming thriller horror film, which is set to hit U.S. theaters later this month on September 20.

The actress shone in a halter dress that hugged her body and featured stripes in gold, brown, orange and silver.

The fabric of the dress shone under the bright lights and was held together by chain-like details that wrapped around her neck.

Halle’s hair was parted in the middle and fell effortlessly in voluminous curls, reaching almost to her shoulders.

She completed her evening look with thick, gold bracelets on both wrists and a few rings.

Berry’s makeup was glamorous, consisting of a light coat of mascara on her lashes and light eye shadow around her eyes.

Her cheekbones were given a warm flush and her lips were given a glossy nude tint as a finishing touch.

Upon arrival, the beauty struck several poses to show off her outfit and her fit body ahead of the special screening.

During a recent interview with Marie Claire Earlier this month, Halle spoke candidly about why she isn’t afraid of getting older. “Age is just a number they put on us at birth.”

‘As women, we are defined by it much more than men and sometimes it can weaken us. It can make us think what we should do.’

She also told the newspaper: ‘I’ve always known that I am more than this face and more than this body.’

“So once that starts happening, maybe for the first time in my life people will focus on the other aspects of me that I find much more interesting.”

Berry added: ‘It may feel good when everyone is looking at you, but for me it’s always been a hollow victory because I had nothing to do with how I got here.’

Halle recently played the role of a mother in Never Let Go, directed by Alexandre Aja.

The premise is: ‘A family that has been plagued by an evil spirit for years. Their safety and their environment are called into question when one of the children questions whether the evil is real,’ according to a official IMDB synopsis.

In addition to Berry, other stars cast for the project include Percy Daggs IV, Anthony B. Jenkins, Matthew Kevin Anderson, Stephanie Lavigne and Christin Park.

While I was recently with Screen tirade, The actress talked about what attracted her to the role and the film.

“Well, I always love playing a character where I can completely disappear into a role and play something that’s so far removed from myself that people wouldn’t expect that from me.”

Berry continued: ‘Sometimes I wouldn’t expect myself to do it. The challenge of that is what I live for…’

And at Monday’s premiere, Halle was spotted on the red carpet alongside other co-stars including William Catlett, Percy Daggs IV and Anthony B. Jenkins.

Later in the evening, Alexandra Aja also joined the cast for the festivities.

Aja is known for his directorial debut with films including The Hills Have Eyes (2006) and Horns (2013).

Other celebrities also appeared at the New York premiere, including TV personality Bethenny Frankel.

The star looked stylish in a fitted, pleated black dress that was held up around her shoulders with thick straps.

She donned a pair of closed, shiny gold heels and carried a rectangular clutch in her hand.

Frankel’s long, dark locks were parted in the middle and fell straight over her shoulders.

Bethenny accessorized her outfit with a large gold necklace, a pair of small gold earrings, and statement bracelets.
