Shocking moment college student pointed gun at classmate inside packed classroom
A police officer who studied at a Brazilian university is being investigated for pointing her gun at a student during a classroom brawl.
The police officer confronted a student who refused to speak more quietly while a professor of mixed physiology was giving a lecture at Estácio College in the east coast city of Maceió last Friday.
According to Brazilian news outlet G1, the civil police officer was seen arguing with the woman, who was talking about her son’s birthday party.
At one point, the student raised her hand at the officer, who tried to knock her down.
The student then stood up and stood directly in the officer’s eyes, after which blows were exchanged.

The 2nd District Civil Police responded to the incident and took the officer and the students to the station for questioning, where they were released.
The officer told detectives she had her unloaded weapon with her because she didn’t want to leave it in her car after her shift was over.
The names of the two students have not been released by the school or authorities.
