The Wiggles’ Caterina Mete shares unseen footage of C-section with her twin daughters as she marks three months since giving birth
Caterina Mete has shared never-before-seen footage of the birth of her twin daughters via caesarean section, three months after giving birth.
Red Wiggle, 43, confirmed her pregnancy in February after undergoing IVF treatment with an anonymous sperm donor, later announcing she was pregnant with twin girls.
On Friday, Caterina shared intimate images on Instagram of her “miracle” twin girls, her first children, who were born on June 25.
Caterina, who is single, shared a montage of herself in the hospital before, during and after her C-section.
In the video, which begins in the hospital, Caterina smiles bravely at the camera as hospital nurses help her twins out of the womb.
Caterina confirmed her daughters’ adorable names – Dolly Frankie and Gigi Emma – as she excitedly announced their arrival on Instagram.
The images show each newborn girl coming into the world for the first time, tiny and crying.
Caterina was clearly overjoyed at the birth of her babies and had a big grin on her face as she held her girls against her cheek and chest after the birth.

“Three months of loving you,” the proud single mom captioned her milestone video.
The footage showed her premature daughters in the neonatal intensive care unit, hooked up to tubes, then sharing a bed with a festive card reading, “We’re two weeks old.”
In the next clip you see Caterina coming home beaming with her babies, for the first time with one baby in a baby carrier under each arm.
The adorable montage showed Caterina, Gigi and Dolly all the adorable first times they were pregnant, washing her daughters with flannels and celebrating the one-month milestone with cute matching rompers and pink headbands.

The twins already have a fantastic clothing style.
They can be seen in white rompers with their names in italics, colorful prints and hats and even extra small red Wiggle costumes.
Just weeks before the birth of her twin daughters, Caterina excitedly shared how “ready” she was to bring her two babies into the world.
“I’m excited and can’t wait to meet them. I’m trying to rest as much as possible,” she said in a recent Instagram video. “The nursery is done. I think I’m ready.”
The video also showed the girls dressed in adorable matching Red Wiggles uniforms
Her Wiggles family also threw her a fun baby shower before she went on maternity leave at the end of May.
She shared some photos from the occasion and thanked her colleagues for the fun party they organized on her last day at work.
She was joined for the party by her Wiggles co-stars Tsehay Hawkins, John Pearce and former member Anthony Field, as well as members of the production crew.

Caterina had her eggs frozen when she was 30 and later created two embryos with the sperm donor of her choice. However, she had a miscarriage during the first embryo transfer.
“It was definitely a shock to find out I had had a miscarriage,” she told the maternity brand The Inarra.
“I’ve talked to a lot of women about it and was surprised to find out how common it is. I think talking about it has helped me in the healing process.”
Caterina underwent a second embryo transfer and received the exciting news that she was pregnant with twins.
In February, she announced the news of her pregnancy live on The Wiggles, holding up two Red Wiggle rompers in a sweet announcement.
“Hey, everyone. I have some exciting news to share with you. I’m pregnant with twins!” she cheered then.
‘Becoming a mother has always been a dream of mine. I feel overwhelmingly blessed to share that I am expecting two beautiful little miracles.
“This journey has been challenging, but filled with so much love and support. I am so grateful for the incredible team at my fertility clinic and the technology that has made this possible.”
