Dave Portnoy speaks out after Caitlin Clark ‘plays like a**’ in Fever loss… with Barstool boss in line for $10MILLION if Indiana wins WNBA title

Dave Portnoy expressed his displeasure over Caitlin Clark playing “like an idiot” during the Indiana Fever’s 86-75 loss to the Las Vegas Aces on Wednesday night.

The complaint comes after the Barstool Sports executive placed a $100,000 bet on the Fever to win the WNBA title in August. The wager could have earned Portnoy $10.1 million if the rookie sensation leads her team to a title.

As Clark struggled on the court against the reigning champions, Portnoy took to Twitter to vent his frustration on behalf of the Fever star.

“Get this game out of the system,” Portnoy wrote on X. ‘Flush it down. They were doomed to fail. Caitlin shot/played like an idiot.

“Shocking that they even bothered with her, so cold. All that matters now is being rested and ready for the play-offs.”
