Country star Kane Brown’s powerful gesture for bullied kid after stopping his concert mid-performance
Country star Kane Brown is being praised for his heartwarming interaction with a young fan who told the musician he was being bullied.
The 30-year-old Be Like That hitmaker stopped his concert in Denver, Colorado, on September 6 to hug a young boy who was being bullied because of “the color of his skin.”
The boy, whose name was Keylan, showed up to Kane’s concert wearing a cowboy hat and country ensemble, carrying a heartbreaking sign that read, “Bullyed because of the color of my skin. I just want a hug from Kane.”
The emotional poster of Keylan caught the attention of the music sensation as he sang his hit Good As You, who left the stage and gave his fans a hug.
Kane, who had previously revealed that he was bullied as a child, walked over to the crowd and started a few songs as he approached the young man, before talking about what the “fun” moment meant to him.
