A source told the publication: ‘Oti is a brilliant name for I’m A Celebrity, she’s hugely popular and loved by the ITV audience so bosses are thrilled she could be a campmate this year.

“My daughter had an infection when she came out and the doctors were treating her. I didn’t have time to panic, we were just focused on her recovery.”

The former Strictly Come Dancing professional explained that she always felt her daughter was in “safe hands” as doctors gave her the best possible treatment.

Oti added that the little one had to learn to eat and breathe on her own, but admitted she knows little about the neonatal unit. She claimed the team had done a “wonderful” job.
