  • A Crumbl Cookie customer was disappointed when she received a ‘pumpkin pudding puree’ instead of cake.

The TikToker, who posts under the username Badlands987, went viral after showing off an extremely poorly baked pumpkin pie she purchased from infamous dessert chain Crumbl.

The 23-year-old moved her spoon around the pumpkin-esque menu item in a TikTok videothat looked like some kind of cake batter.

“I saw reviews first and none of them looked like this,” the TikToker wrote in her video description.

Badlands987 is one of the TikTokkers who complained last week that the cake was undercooked.

A TikTok user (Badlands987) was one of many Crumbl Cookie customers who complained about the chain’s pumpkin pie

Crumbl Cookies advertised the square pumpkin pie on its TikTok the same day the woman posted her photo video on the social media platform.

“A moist, fluffy square pumpkin pie with brown sugar cinnamon butter, topped with a light vanilla cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with warm spices,” the dessert chain wrote in the video description.

In the video, the woman scoops a piece of cake from the Cookie Crumb box.

Since then, the company has drawn the ire of dessert lovers, some of whom have claimed to have seen multiple videos of pumpkin pies melting.

“The amount of people saying it was raw is staggering,” one commenter wrote.

Another said to Crumbl, “Count your days.”

According to Badlands987, the pumpkin pie her husband purchased was also raw, and a Crumbl Cookie employee reportedly told him, “They all look like this.”

“I’m happy and sad that I’m not the only one. People think I’m lying,” she wrote in response to a commenter who had reportedly seen four videos complaining about pumpkin pies.

Several TikTok users compared the cake to soup and oatmeal, calling it a “waste of money.”

“I just ordered this and I’m not lying, it came to me RAW. Text me for proof bro. It’s RAW RAW. Just like SOUP,” one TikToker wrote.

Another Crumbl customer wrote: ‘Mine literally needed a spoon to eat. Literally runny batter – and I live in Wisconsin.’

At least three TikTok users who claimed to be pregnant also raised concerns about the treatment and whether it would affect the health of their unborn baby.

“I’m sorry but I’m 7 months pregnant and I’m craving it raw and liquid,” one commenter wrote.

Crumbl has responded to the many comments from TikTok users complaining about the cake and has urged them to contact the Customer Assist Team.

However, two TikTokers have maintained that they left messages and voicemails about the cake for the team and never heard from them again.

Other TikTokers who reportedly received an undercooked pumpkin pie enjoyed the gooey treat.

“Mine was so raw and soft I just wanted a new one because the taste was horrible,” one TikToker wrote.

Some TikTokers got their hands on a homegrown treat, with one even calling it the “best” thing they’ve ever eaten at Crumbl Cookies.

“I just got mine today and it was perfect. Where do you get non-baked ones,” one TikToker wrote.

“I’m glad I had one before I saw the videos. So freaking good! Give me one any day,” wrote one customer.
