Boy, 17, massacres his parents and 12-year-old brother in knife rampage hours after they celebrated his father’s 51st birthday

A 17-year-old boy killed his parents and brother in a knife attack, hours after the family celebrated his father’s 51st birthday.

The teenager, from Paderno Dugnano, near Milan, Italy, confessed to the gruesome murders on Sunday, chillingly telling investigators: ‘There is no real reason why I killed them. I felt like a foreign body in my family. Oppressed. I thought that by killing them all I would free myself from this discomfort.’

According to local reports, the boy initially told authorities a fabricated story that he had seen his father, Fabio Chiarioni, 51, kill his mother, Daniela Albano, 49, and his brother, 12, before grabbing a knife and stabbing his father.

The 17-year-old told detectives he entered his brother’s room on the second floor of the home and saw Chiarioni sitting on a chair with the knife next to him.

He told officers that his mother’s body was on the floor at his father’s feet and that his brother was lying dead in his bed before he began his attack on his father.

The boy explained how he grabbed a large kitchen knife and attacked his brother around 2am on Sunday morning, stabbing him at least ten times.
