Jade Yarbrough made headlines this week when she debuted her new relationship with a super-rich real estate developer with a very cozy outing.

The 32-year-old interior designer was spotted on a breakfast date at Bondi Beach on Thursday, giving an intimate presentation alongside multimillionaire property developer Paul Gedoun.

The couple, who are believed to be in a relationship, appeared comfortable with each other, with Paul even putting his hand on her back at one point.

Paul, who is believed to be in his late 40s, has two children – Sonny and Sienna – from a previous relationship and named his luxury company, S&S Projects, after them in 2015.

For the past 12 years he has specialised in luxury apartments in Queensland and last month S&S Projects launched a massive $200 million development in Rainbow Bay.

In addition to his successful career, the luxury real estate magnate has an aviation company and a helicopter license, and is an avid surfer.

Jade proved she had won her split from ex Michael Clarke with their amorous display, which came just weeks after the cricketer went public with his property guru girlfriend Arabella Sherborne.

Jade and Michael, 43, had been friends for years before they first started dating and officially began their relationship in August 2022.

They had quite a few friends in common and moved in the same circles. Initially, it was rumoured that Today presenter Karl Stefanovic had introduced them.

However, Karl, who is married to Jade’s sister Jasmine, later stated that he was not the one playing cupid, but that it was in fact another mutual friend.

The December 2022 footage shows Michael shirtless being verbally abused and punched by Jade as he goes out for dinner with Karl, Jasmine and accountant Anthony Bell at a beachside restaurant in Noosa.

Michael later took full responsibility for what happened.

“I am truly sorry that I have put people I hold in the highest regard in this position. My actions in the lead up to this clash were utterly shameful and regrettable,” he told The Daily Telegraph at the time.

“I am devastated that my actions have put women of class and integrity, and my friends, in this situation.”

Meanwhile, his ex Pip told Ny Breaking Australia at the time: ‘This is not my circus. Once again Michael in his true nature has not taken responsibility for his actions and I have been blatantly lied to.’

Despite the shocking split, speculation about the exes’ relationship continued to swirl in the months that followed, with Jade being spotted leaving his home in March 2023.

The couple finally ended their tumultuous relationship in April 2023, when they went on separate holiday to Noosa.

A friend of the couple confirmed to The Daily Telegraph at the time that the couple were ‘definitely no longer together’.

Since then, the couple has shown their love for each other on social media. Arabella, for example, accompanied Michael on a trip to Sri Lanka, an important milestone in their relationship.

Late last month, Michael flew to Sri Lanka for his final cricket tour and Arabella later joined him in Colombo, turning the visit into a romantic getaway.
