Fashion designer Jodhi Meares lists her fully renovated 140-year-old Sydney cottage for $5million
James Packer’s ex-wife Jodhi Meares has put her recently renovated, heritage-listed 140-year-old Sydney home up for sale for a staggering $5 million.
The 53-year-old fashion designer bought the stunning property in the exclusive suburb of Watsons Bay in 2017 for $2.75 million.
The beautiful two-storey property was built in the 1880s and features a large dining area, two spacious bedrooms upstairs and an adjoining large bathroom.
It has been extensively renovated and features stylish, contemporary architecture, decorated with beautiful eggshell paint and a large front and back garden.
The accommodation is ideal for both families and guests and offers beautiful views of nature and the picturesque surroundings.
It will be auctioned next month and is expected to be particularly attractive to potential buyers because of its beautiful design and attractive location.
Jodhi married billionaire James Packer in 1999, but separated in 2002.
Four years ago, Woman’s Day reported that James still had Jodhi’s number on “speed dial” and would “call her all the time” when he needed help.
