LISTEN to Everything I Know About Me: Graeme Souness on his hardest night as a pundit

Graeme Souness spoke openly in the latest episode of the programme about the game he found most difficult to work on as an analyst. All I know about myselfa weekly Mail podcast available every Thursday.

The iconic 71-year-old enjoyed a glittering career in the sport before eventually settling into a role as a commentator.

He was reporting on the 1985 European Cup final between Juventus and Liverpool when the Heysel Stadium disaster occurred.

But the match somehow went ahead, a decision Souness called “wrong” in Everything I Know About Me, and went on to say it was “the most difficult night as a commentator” he’d ever had.
