Jessica Biel enjoys rare public outing with son Silas at US Open amid Justin Timberlake’s DWI scandal

Jessica Biel lived up to her supermom reputation by bringing her son Silas along for an exciting day at the US Open on Thursday, despite the ongoing DWI scandal surrounding Justin Timberlake.

The 42-year-old actress, who recently showed off her athletic prowess in a workout video with her 43-year-old husband, looked stunning in a cream-colored suit as she walked hand-in-hand with her 9-year-old son into Arthur Ashe Stadium.

The Candy actress, who also shares a Phineas (4) with the pop star, wore matching high heels with the ensemble.

Her dark blonde locks were styled in a bob that reached her chin and she flashed her huge smile to the stands.

The revelation comes after news that the New York hotel where Justin stayed before his drunk driving arrest is preparing to provide crucial information in the investigation.

During a court hearing on Friday, Suffolk County prosecutors confirmed they have issued a summons to The American Hotel, where the singer claimed to have only drunk “one martini” when he was pulled over in the early morning of June 18.

The information obtained through the warrant would be invaluable to the prosecution, as Justin refused to submit to a breath test during his arrest, which would have determined how much alcohol was actually in his system.

His attorney Edward Burke Jr. has previously stated publicly that the pop star was not drunk when he was arrested.

Justin, who is currently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, did not attend the hearing, which came a week after his virtual court appearance, during which his driver’s license was revoked for one year under state regulations.

Judge Irace said the decision was based on Timberlake’s refusal to submit to a breath test at the police station after his arrest.

Meanwhile, Jessica stars opposite Elizabeth Banks in the upcoming film The Better Sister, a series based on the novel by Alafair Burke.

In the show, Biel’s character, Chloe, navigates life with her charming lawyer husband, Adam, and their teenage son, Ethan. Banks plays Nicky, Chloe’s estranged sister, who struggles to make ends meet while staying sober.

The story takes a dramatic turn when Adam is brutally murdered. The revelations of the prime suspect send shockwaves through the family and reveal long-hidden secrets.

Biel will also serve as a producer alongside her partner Michelle Purple under the banner Iron Ocean Films.
