Lily recently wrapped filming for the Bumble biopic Swiped and made the most of her summer vacation by flying to Ibiza after her trip to Kenya.

Lily gave a glimpse into her journey, sharing photos of her trip, enjoying a hot drink on top of a mountain, and writing in her diary.

She looked fresh as she settled into a Kenya-themed chair overlooking the vast and beautiful landscape.

Lily said at the time: ‘I feel incredibly honoured to be a global supporter of Space For Giants and help achieve their goals of protecting Africa’s remaining natural ecosystems, the large wildlife populations that live there and the people who depend on the land.’

Lily continues: ‘Earlier this year I had the privilege of visiting some of the important wildlife reserves that have been restored and protected by Space for Giants in Kenya.

‘More than 90% of Africa’s 8,400 protected landscapes receive no funding and many natural ecosystems are not protected at all due to enormous human pressure. This is putting wildlife such as elephants, rhinos and big cats in dire straits.

‘The work that Space for Giants does is therefore more important than ever.’

Dr Max Graham, CEO and Founder of Space for Giants, said: ‘We are extremely grateful to Lily for taking on this vital role to support us and our frontline teams in conserving Africa’s last remaining natural ecosystems and the big wildlife that call them home.’

‘Space For Giants, with its ongoing commitment to protecting Africa’s natural heritage across 10 African countries, welcomes Lily as a valuable addition to its global conservation efforts.’

One of the Space For Giants projects Lily encountered during her visit to Kenya was the reintroduction of 21 eastern black rhinos into the Loisaba Conservancy.

The rhinos had been on the brink of extinction due to poaching for more than half a century.

Lily reflected: ‘Without Space For Giants’ tireless work on the ground every day, our children would only see these incredible animals in books.’
