Federico Chiesa has been pictured for the first time since joining Liverpool, with the Juventus forward set to resume talks over a move away from the Serie A club soon.
Chiesa landed at Liverpool John Lennon Airport late on Wednesday afternoon after flying in a Cessna plane from Turin. The Italy international will hold talks with the Reds.
The player had been given permission by his club to make the trip and with just a year left on his contract, The Old Lady are said to be planning to cash in that money rather than let him leave for free next summer.
Liverpool have agreed a transfer fee of £10m for the 26-year-old, plus £2.5m in bonuses. The winger will be signed by Arne Slot and co. on a four-year contract.
The 26-year-old began his career at Fiorentina and made over 150 appearances in all competitions for I Viola before moving to Juventus.

Although injuries often hampered his performance, Chiesa won the Coppa Italia twice with the Turin club.
Chiesa enjoyed his most productive season at Juventus last season, scoring nine goals in 33 Serie A appearances.
Chiesa’s performances at Euro 2020 were a career highlight, playing a pivotal role in Italy’s journey to lifting the trophy.
Chiesa was not initially a regular starter for the Azzurri, as manager Roberto Mancini opted for other attacking options in the group stage.
However, his impact as a substitute was undeniable and as the tournament progressed he gradually established himself in the starting line-up.
Throughout the final at Wembley, Chiesa was a constant threat on the right flank, showing no fear of the English defenders.
His ability to advance the ball, often single-handedly, helped relieve pressure on the Italian defence and create chances for his teammates.
One of his most memorable moments came in the 35th minute, when he took on several England defenders and then unleashed a powerful shot that just missed.
Unfortunately, the match came to an end for Chiesa in the 86th minute when he was forced off due to injury.
