Tulisa Contostavlos looked sensational as she showed off her washboard abs at Manchester Pride on Saturday.

The 36-year-old singer exuded confidence as she walked backstage in a black top, paired with a leather jacket and oversized jeans.

She added a touch of glamour with a silver cross necklace, a diamond navel piercing and round sunglasses.

The N Dubz star wore her raven black locks loose and added a subtle layer of makeup for her visit to the northern city.

She attended the UK’s biggest LGBTQ+ party to support her best friend Michelle McKenna, who performed with her group Platnum.

Tulisa filmed herself on Instagram standing at the front of the crowd, singing and dancing along as her friend took to the stage and performed hits including What’s It Gonna Be, Love Shy and Over The Heartache.

This year’s theme was ‘Buzzin to be queer’, a tribute to the spirit of the worker bee.

Other performers included Rita Ora, Eurovision star Loreen, drag queens and local musicians.

Tulisa’s outing comes after she kicked off her major home renovation on Thursday, transforming the exterior.

It seems the singer was reaping the rewards of last year’s N-Dubz reunion as she embarked on this massive project.

Tulisa shared an update on Instagram, uploading a video of her old red brick home, before showing off its new grey slate roof and white exterior.

She wrote: ‘Exterior facelift completed. Interior and garden pending. What an incredible difference and roof transformation.

‘@JT_home_improvements1234 thank you so much for bringing vision to life.’

Tulisa has had some down time this year after a busy 2023, which culminated in N-Dubz’s Summer UK Tour.

The trio is known for their hit I Need You and their successful collaboration Number 1 with Tinchy Stryder.

N-Dubz quickly announced a UK tour, which they did in November of that year, with tickets selling out within minutes.

Tulisa, her cousin Dappy and her ex-boyfriend Fazer reformed N-Dubz in 2022 after an 11-year hiatus. They formed the group in 2000.

In June 2023, they announced that their fourth studio album would be called Timeless and they released it in August.

Timeless is the successor to the studio albums Uncle B (2008), Against All Odds (2009) and Love.Live.Life (2010).

Tulisa, who was previously in a relationship with 37-year-old Fazer, previously revealed she has been celibate for two years after refusing to get too close to potential partners.

Tulisa has enjoyed some down time this year after a very busy 2023, which was highlighted by N-Dubz’s Summer UK Tour

During an appearance on The Zeze Millz showshe shared, “I don’t date, I date. I’ve been celibate for the past two years, so no sex for monogamy.”

“So basically you’re dating because you like to build friendships before you date, you just don’t flirt with them and you get to know them. I have friendships that I build.”

Former X Factor judge Tulisa has had several other high-profile relationships in the past.

She has had relationships with Cher’s music producer David King, multi-millionaire playboy Costas Panayioutou and former The Wanted star Max George.
