The soap star, who previously revealed her fertility journey has been a ‘rollercoaster’ after suffering a devastating miscarriage in 2021.

The young man jumped up excitedly, throwing sand in the air as he ran around, then snuggled up to Stephanie to look at the scan picture.
Stephanie and Joe seemed very pleased with Caben’s reaction. They hugged him and both gave him a kiss on the head.
Caben then asked, “How do you have a baby?” and the couple laughed. He then added, “So that’s why you have a big bump.”
The actress looked emotional as her son quickly leaned over and kissed her growing baby bump.
She looked stunning in a white plunging maxi dress as she sat on the beach, showing off her baby bump.
Despite being “nervous” beforehand, Stephanie described the reveal as “perfect” as she watched Caben “overwhelmingly process” the news.
She wrote: ‘Well… This was the most perfect moment. We told Caben on the beach on our holiday. I was so nervous to tell him, it was such a big moment and one that he will hopefully remember for the rest of his life.
“It’s so beautiful to see him at 7 years old trying to process such big news in his little head. He’s been asking for a little brother or sister for so long, so when he found out, you can see it was overwhelming to process.

The classic one-liners from ‘Caben, “How did that get there?” “That’s why you have a big bump” and the best part for me at the end.. “I’M HAVING A BABY”
‘Caben, you are going to be the best big brother. I can’t wait until the baby is here, to see how much love you have for each other and to see how your little brother or sister will be your best friend for the rest of your life!’
‘I can’t wait to watch you both grow, see your bond and see the life you have together. I love you both so much @caben.davis #Caben #pregnancy #sibling #pregnancyreveal #thedavroys’.
Stephanie previously shared that her fertility journey was a “rollercoaster” after suffering a devastating miscarriage in 2021.
She explained that the couple had been trying to conceive for two years and even considered IVF, before conceiving naturally.
Stephanie said OK!: ‘I took the pregnancy test on my mother-in-law. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve done a million tests over the last two years and filmed them – the one time I didn’t, it was positive!’
She went on to tell how she and Joe, who she met during a group therapy session in 2021, were left “crying” after a scan revealed they were expecting a boy.
“Joe never cries, so when he started, I got upset. We just cried to each other. Then the nurse in the room started crying too.”
Stephanie Davis announced in 2022 that she and Joe had suffered a miscarriage, three weeks after a previously unannounced pregnancy.

She posted an emotional post on Instagram, writing that she woke up one morning and “didn’t feel pregnant anymore.”
She wrote at the time: ‘I didn’t want to post about this until I was ready. I don’t think I’ll ever be ready, and I don’t think anyone else going through this will ever be ready, but here goes.’
‘So like my lovely followers, many of you asked if I was pregnant when I was not on the rides at Southport a while ago and you also noticed many things, well you were right, we were having a baby! I was pregnant.
“We found out so, so early that it felt like we had been pregnant for so long. If you remember, I went off social media for a while because we had a miscarriage. I was almost 12 weeks pregnant (3 months).
‘I had nausea from the start (really bad, I was so nauseous and had to throw up) and the hormones were fluctuating so much that it felt like it was taking a long time with our baby.
‘I got a really bad headache one night and the next morning I woke up and said to Joe and my mum and Joe’s mum that I didn’t feel pregnant anymore, they know what I’m like and they thought I was worrying too much and that the baby would be fine because at our previous scans the baby’s heart was beating beautifully. But as a mum I guess you just know…’
Stephanie explained that she and Joe were “heartbroken” after the miscarriage, saying she thought everything was “okay” after passing 12 weeks of pregnancy.
“The fear, heartbreak and sadness we went through was horrible. Joe and I were so excited and had already visualized and planned our life as a family of 4.
‘I was already looking at what I was going to do for my baby shower. You think that if you’re further along like I was, everything will be fine, so it was a big shock.
‘When they told us the heart had stopped beating, I don’t remember much. I was completely devastated.’

Stephanie had also suffered a tragic miscarriage the year before with her then partner Oliver Tasker
The TV star said she was rushed to hospital for surgery and felt “numb and empty” after the operation.
She added: ‘I had to have surgery to remove our baby because I couldn’t have done it without my absolute rock, Joe. My mum, Joe’s mum, Jane and Cath have been amazing, and the support of our family and my management.
“After the surgery I was so numb and empty and my hormones were all over the place. It was hard to accept that there was nothing left and our journey was over. Joe was my rock and I love you more every day.

Stephanie entered into a turbulent relationship with Caleb’s father Jeremy during their time on Celebrity Big Brother in January 2016.
Their on-again, off-again relationship resulted in public feuds, domestic violence and a three-year restraining order.
Jeremy was charged with domestic violence in August 2017 after he attacked Stephanie during a drug dispute. He was sentenced to 20 weeks in jail, suspended for 12 months, and 200 hours of community service.
