Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s son Beau, 10, FINALLY leaves the hospital after battling rare condition for over a month

Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s 10-year-old son Beau has finally left the hospital after battling ADEM for over a month.
On Tuesday, she shared an emotional video celebrating her son’s departure from the hospital, where he had been in intensive care for weeks.
The actress’s eldest son was seen leaving the hospital as dozens of family members, friends and staff members gathered in the hallway to cheer him on and give him high fives.
At one point, the now healthy elementary school student hopped and danced through the hallway to demonstrate his physical recovery.
The 43-year-old Sigler explained the victory in a jubilant post on Instagram on Friday.
“After 33 days we’re leaving here!” wrote the actress, who is battling MS.

“My brave boy, you are a walking miracle. The rest of this story is for Beau to tell, if he ever wants to,” said the relieved mother.
“Thank you to the INCREDIBLE staff at Dells Children’s Hospital.
“The way you care for your patients and the way you guide their families through the process is beyond words,” she wrote in gratitude.

“Thank you all for the love and prayers. They worked.”
In a separate post, the Sopranos actress revealed that Beau, with whom she lives and her husband, former Washington Nationals player Cutter Dykstra (35), had been diagnosed with a rare condition called ADEM, which stands for acute disseminated encephalomyelitis.
According to Boston Children’s HospitalADEM ‘involves a short but intense attack of inflammation (swelling) in the brain and spinal cord, which damages the myelin lining of the brain.’
Myelin, also called white matter, is ‘the protective layer of nerve fibers’.
The Sopranos star shared an emotional video of her son Beau, 10, walking and skipping out of Dell Children’s Hospital as he high-fived dozens of people cheering on his recovery.
Beau was treated for an inflammatory condition called ADEM, or acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, which damages nerve endings in the brain and spinal cord at Dell’s Children’s Hospital. Sigler called her son “a walking miracle.”
The video thumbnail showed Beau, looking stunning in a blue Philadelphia Phillies jersey with Bryce Harper’s number 3 on the back, dark blue shorts and sneakers. He stood with his back to the camera beneath a sign that read “Heroes This Way” and an arrow pointing toward the exit.
Sigler and Dykstra are also parents to Jack, six, she revealed on her website. Messy podcast had become a wonderful caregiver for his big brother.
While Beau has physically recovered, Sigler revealed on her podcast that he still has more healing to do. That ongoing challenge hasn’t stopped her friends and fans from celebrating the milestone.
Actress Marla Sokoloff was overjoyed with the video, writing: ‘His little dance! I love you guys.’
Baseball star Nick Swisher congratulated him. ‘Best video ever!!! Hit that Gritty Beau!!! Love you buddy!!!’
“I’m crying,” Jenna Dewan said, echoing a comment made by many. “Yes Beau!! We love you Jamie and are in awe of you!” Lea Michele exclaimed.
