Abbey Clancy is fuming as she is left with ‘goofy’ teeth ‘like comedian legend Ken Dodd’ after wearing braces for six months

Abbey Clancy is furious after wearing braces that leave her crooked teeth ‘like the legendary comedian Ken Dodd’.

The 38-year-old model, who is married to former footballer Peter Crouch, 43, says the straighteners have left her teeth worse than they originally were.

Abbey, who has been wearing braces for six months, calls the braces “scandalous” because she now has “weirder teeth” than before.

In their podcast The Therapy Crouch, she said: ‘My teeth used to be two millimeters out, and now they’re only four millimeters.

‘I ended up wearing braces for six months and now I have weirder teeth and a thinner palate, which is outrageous.

“The crossbite hasn’t changed. In fact, it’s gotten worse. So I said to the dentist, ‘What the hell is going on here?’

‘I’m that comedian with all the teeth. The Scouse one. The one with the feather duster. Ken Dodd.’

However, the mother of four has been told by her dentist that her teeth will heal on their own the longer she wears them.

She added: ‘The dentist said to me, “The teeth move in a certain way. And then they come back.”‘

Comedy legend Sir Ken, famous for decades for his long-form stand-up shows as well as his Diddy Men and bit of stick, died in 2018 at the age of 90.

Sir Ken got his protruding teeth after a cycling accident when he was seven and has previously said: ‘They’ve become my trademark.’

This came after Abbey shared an adorable family holiday snap with her husband Peter and their three children after they flew to a mystery location.

She showed off her toned torso as she posed on a boat trip with her family.

The 38-year-old model, who is married to former footballer Peter Crouch, 43, said having her teeth straightened has left her teeth worse than they originally were.

She said: ‘My teeth were sticking out two millimetres – and now they’re sticking out four millimetres. I ended up wearing braces for six months and came out with crazier teeth and a thinner palate, which is outrageous.’

Abbey looked stunning in a skimpy white triangle bikini and a multi-coloured sarong, which she paired with a floppy straw hat.

Before heading on holiday, the beauty recently revealed that the ‘golden pill’ dubbed ‘female Viagra’ saved her sex life with Peter.

She admitted that her health scare had affected her libido, leaving her “always in a fight” and never feeling “relaxed.”

Friends advised her to try the ‘golden pill’ because it would help her with ‘all kinds of problems’, including problems in the bedroom.

On the couple’s podcast, All Therapy Crouch Podcast, Abbey openly discussed her struggles within her sex life to help other women “of a certain age.”

She said, ‘I was talking to some girls, and you know, we all get to a certain age, our hormones are all messed up.

‘One of my friends told me about this golden pill. It’s an all-natural supplement for women that helps with a variety of things. It’s being touted as the female Viagra.’

She added: ‘I’m fighting all the time, so I’m not relaxed. So that’s why the libido would naturally decrease. Obviously, it’s not all the time.’

Abbey previously admitted she once stripped naked to cook for her husband Peter as they discussed how fans can spice up their love lives.

The mother of three, who often shows off her sensational figure on Instagram, revealed that she walks around naked ‘a lot’ at home.

Abbey and Peter, who have been married since 2011, told listeners they could “do something random naked” to spice up their relationship.

Their producer explained it off-camera, saying, “Doing something naked is always more fun. It doesn’t have to be sex.”

Abbey replied, “I don’t know what to make of that naked thing…”

“You’ve done that before, you cooked once,” the former footballer smiled.

Abbey continued, “I’m not a prude. I’m naked a lot, to be honest.”
