The 18-year-old musician, who left his mother’s house to live with his 21-year-old girlfriend Maria Atuesta, now makes money by selling the opportunity for people to meet him and write songs together, according to The Sun’s bizarre column.
He posted on his Instagram account: ‘Write a sum [sic] with me personally, only for a limited time from Sept 8-28!’
He added: “If I write a song, please forgive my writing.”

Madonna’s son David Banda reassured fans he’s ‘fine’ after previous comments about ‘scrounging’ for food
This came after David claimed he was being ‘forced to forage for food’ since moving out of Madonna’s house.
When asked during an Instagram Live how he felt about living on his own, he said, “I love it. I’m not alone, I have my girlfriend. But I love it. It’s great to experience that it’s nine o’clock at night and I’m hungry and I don’t have enough money to buy food and go out and get things. It’s fun being young!”
David also used his brief update to his followers to confirm that the Material Girl hitmaker – who was initially married to Sean Penn from 1985 to 1989 and then to Guy Ritchie from 2000 to 2008 – is not currently single and is in a relationship with someone else, but he has not revealed his identity.
He said, ‘Honestly, she’s not single. She’s dating a man… That’s her life. She does what she wants to do.’
Banda’s comments about “accumulating stuff” prompted him to later clarify that he was “doing fine” and had no trouble making ends meet since moving out of his mother’s Upper East Side apartment.
“To all involved, my mother is very supportive, she has always supported me,” the artist began in a later message. “I am very happy with my life and I am not living on the streets, starving!”
He concluded, “Please don’t worry, everything will be fine.”
The 18-year-old musician, who is in a relationship with rising model Maria Atuesta, 21, recently took to Instagram to set the record straight that he’s been struggling to make ends meet since moving out of The Material Girl’s Upper East Side apartment.
The guitarist joined the Material Girl hitmaker, who is worth an estimated $600 million, on her Celebration Tour, which concluded in May with a free concert in Rio de Janeiro.
He often appeared on stage with his mother, playing guitar for a live audience while Madonna sang the lyrics to hit songs.
In 2022, the singer previously spoke out about David during a performance in The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
“You know, he’s making music now too,” she told Fallon, adding sweetly, “He’s going to be one of your guests eventually.”
After listing some of his talents, including humor and athleticism, Madonna spoke about her son’s fashion sense.
“He puts on every outfit and looks swag, you know. It’s really annoying. He wears my clothes and looks better.”
While I’m talking to British Vogue In 2019 she also said about Banda: ‘[He’s] the one I have the most in common with. I feel like he understands me; he has more of my DNA than any of my children so far.’
Last year, the singer faced a “near-death” health scare caused by a bacterial infection. In April, she reflected on Instagram on David and her five other children who “saved” her during the health crisis.
He added: ‘It’s a wonderful thing to experience that it’s nine o’clock at night, I’m hungry and I realise I don’t have enough money to buy food and go out and get something. It’s nice to be young’
To bring in extra money, David primarily teaches guitar lessons online and potential students can book lessons through his Instagram page, which currently has almost 52,000 followers.

“On the day before our 80th show on the Celebration Tour, I would like to thank my incredibly talented children who have helped me through this journey. They all brought their own unique talents to the stage,” she wrote.
“Rehearsals began over a year ago with a break of almost 2 months to recover from a near death experience. They never stopped practicing… they never stopped encouraging and supporting me.”
The star added: ‘Their enthusiasm kept me going!!!’ she wrote of her children. ‘They also went to school and rehearsed every night. !! . I am so incredibly proud of them all.’
“I think what my kids have learned this year, through rehearsals and performing, is that if you want to pursue your dreams, you have to work hard for it.”
Madonna – who is back in the writing of her biopic – concluded: ‘And if they all choose something different later in life, they will never forget this year of blood, sweat and tears. Neither will I. It’s a PARTY!’
