The BBC was forced to apologise after a coach shouted an insult during the live broadcast of the decathlon.
Leo Neugebauer from Germany was frustrated about his last discus throw.
His coach Jim Garnham was furious and shouted during the television broadcast: ‘Ah f***!’.
Although the swear words were not heard live on the radio, the BBC still felt it necessary to apologize.
One commentator said: ‘Here we go, swear words. Sorry everyone! Hopefully no lip readers today.’

Neugebauer still managed to win a silver medal, as he finished second behind Markus Rooth
Neugebauer may have been frustrated with his performance, but he still managed to produce the second best throw of the session with a distance of 53.33 metres, which earned him 940 points.
Lindon Victor from Grenada had the best throw with a distance of 53.91 meters.
Neugebauer managed to secure a silver medal by finishing second, behind Norway’s Markus Rooth and Victor in third place.
