Brittany Mahomes fans have questioned the soccer star’s “health” message to her followers as she posts a series of bikini photos.
Patrick Mahomes’ wife shared four photos from her recent swimsuit photo shoot for Sports Illustrated on Instagram on Thursday.
She showed off her toned figure in a barely-there red bikini top with matching thong bottoms.
However, it was the accompanying caption that left some fans surprised.
“Daily reminder: Take care of your body. Your health matters,” she wrote.

Brittany, who is currently pregnant with her third child, added: “And… right now they don’t look like that at all.”
Many fans strongly opposed the rhetoric that being thin equals health.
“We love a strong healthy queen but it’s really important to remember that this is not normal. Most women don’t look like this and don’t have unlimited access to trainers, coaches, gyms and supplements to look like this,” one fan wrote.
The commentator continued, “Let’s show Brittany that she loves herself, that’s okay, and at the same time remind all other women that health comes in all shapes and sizes.”
Another said: ‘Daily reminder: you don’t have to look like this to be healthy!’
A third agreed: ‘These photos have nothing to do with health.’
“We all want to be healthy… but this isn’t it!” added another.

Meanwhile, her husband Patrick posted three heart emojis in the comments.
She and the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback are expecting another girl to join their brood.
“We’re coming, round three,” the couple wrote on social media when they announced the happy news last month.
They shared an adorable video showing a series of ultrasound images as they cuddled up with their daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and their 18-month-old son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III.
