The 74-year-old rock legend was spotted shirtless on Thursday on a yacht in Saint Tropez, where he was on holiday with filmmaker Steven Spielberg.
The director was even spotted filming The Boss while they were both out on a pair of waverunners off the south coast of France.
His vacation comes just weeks after Forbes officially declared the rock icon a billionaire, with a net worth of $1.1 billion.
Springsteen was seen shirtless on the yacht, showing off his muscular body in tan swim trunks.

Director Spielberg was spotted wearing a dark short-sleeved shirt, black baseball cap, black sunglasses and navy blue shorts.
Neither of their wives, Patti Scialfa, 71, and Kate Capshaw, 70, were seen on the yacht at the time.
The Boss and Spielberg have been friends for years. The duo, along with Barack and Michelle Obama, made headlines last year when they turned up at a restaurant in Barcelona.
They were also spotted in the summer of 2019 during their holiday in Portofino, Italy.
Just weeks before the sailing trip, Springsteen was named the newest billionaire by Forbes.
While they estimated his net worth at $1.1 billion, they added that the singer’s representatives “could not confirm Forbes’ estimate.”
