Delhi Water Minister Atishi has directed the Chief Secretary to convene an emergency meeting after complaints were received about blue foaming water coming out of taps in houses in Peeragarhi.

The minister directed the chief secretary to convene an emergency meeting of all senior officials of the departments concerned, the statement said.

“The Chief Secretary is directed to convene a meeting with senior officials, take up polluting units and submit a detailed report by 5 p.m. on Monday, July 29,” the report said.
