Top UFO investigator reveals three spine-tingling, never-before-seen encounters

You may have heard of the Tic Tac UFO encounter or the Gimbal and Go Fast videos.

But years before these now world-famous vessel sightings became widely known, a relatively unknown research group analyzed them over and over again.

MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) has 700 researchers in the US and has been collecting evidence of strange encounters since the 1960s.

One of its leading analysts, Bob Spearing, told DailyMail.com: ‘Our slogan is: ‘We’ve been doing the Air Force’s job since 1969.’ MUFON now has 137,000 reports of UFO encounters on its files.

Today, Searing reveals the strangest facts that he says could trigger further government investigations and congressional hearings.

Flying squids

The idea of ​​”Jellyfish” UFOs came to public attention thanks to a video released by journalist Jeremy Corbell at an Iraqi military base.

MUFON debunked the video, which Spearing said had “so many flaws,” but searched the archives for other errors.

“What we found was shocking,” Spearing said. There were dozens of similar cases, both of larger squid-like vessels and smaller floating squid, some of which appeared to “suck the life force” out of their victims.

‘We found a lot of drawings and photos of these giant, cloud-like mushrooms from Denmark in the 70s, and it’s still going on. But then we also discovered that there are jellyfish indoors.

A strange encounter took place in Singapore, where sleeping women were attacked by floating objects with bioluminescent tentacles.

Spearing said: ‘They noticed that in the corner of the room there were squid-like objects with bioluminescent tentacles.

‘In one case, whatever it was, the creature had attached itself to the woman’s back, and she felt pain, which woke her up.

“The thing was aware because it jumped away. She could tell it was actually feeling disturbed in English, as if she could hear it telepathically.”

The octopus attached itself to her as if it were sucking the life force out of her.

Other encounters with squid took place in Vancouver in 2016 and in 2024. Two more encounters also took place in Iran.

MUFON’s report on one of the Iranian meetings states: ‘The witness is a 45-year-old woman, married and has two sons.

‘A few nights ago, on October 24th, the witness heard another noise. She knew something was coming her way again. She woke up with a pressure on her chest. She said out loud: what’s going on?’

‘Then she saw what looked like a Boxed Jelly fish with lots of short legs, half blue and half red on its belly. It looked like a sea creature. It sat right on top of her and then it got up and sat on the ground.

‘Disappeared after a few minutes. The next day she saw a scar a few inches long on her stomach. It itched and burned from the inside. Witness is very concerned.’

The octagonal spacecraft

In 2023, MUFON’s interest was piqued after the US military shot down three suspected Chinese spy balloons, one of which was octagonal in shape.

The search for the octagonal object was called off by Canadian Mounted Police after it was shot down with a Sidewinder missile.

“They could find the Titan submarine at 3,700 meters, but they couldn’t find anything at 43 meters,” Spearing said.

MUFON consulted its database of 137,000 cases and found many reports of octagonal objects, some of which were strikingly similar.

Spearing said: ‘They are mainly drawings. They are all drawings by witnesses, but there were a huge number of cases and the objects all look the same.

“They were anywhere from 30 to 60 feet, octagons. They had all these patterns of yellow, orange and white lights on the bottom.”

Many of these aircraft had been spotted near strategic military bases, including one on the Upper Michigan Peninsula on Lake Huron, where the USAF shot down the first Octagon.

A 2014 sighting in California was described in a MUFON UFO report as follows: ‘… I… thought it might be a helicopter or a new plane, but… it was neither,… no propellers or wings.

‘There was NO sound…..Marsh Air Force base is a couple of miles away, and I took that into consideration. I counted the points of the shape, there were eight.

‘It was dark, but there were lights around the plane in the colours white, yellow, red and orange.’

The cases date back to 1976 and were found in countries in Europe and beyond, often near military bases and other high-security installations.

In August 2023, a witness saw an Octagon above Fort Knox at 4:23 a.m. This caused a response from a UFO detection device called a MADAR detector, which detects changes in pressure and magnetism.

Spearing said, “These are all over the country. Volunteers have connected these all over the country.”

The witness wrote: ‘The entire object and lights appeared to be under shallow water, changing shape ever so slightly but still clearly visible. I had been in a state of panic since my sighting and was completely frozen as the object flew over me and my house.’

The observation of the octagon coincided with a change in pressure that Spearing said is associated with a spacecraft entering or leaving Earth’s atmosphere.

The Meeting in Delaware

One of the most disturbing encounters in the MUFON archives involved a cylindrical device that appeared to “suck” a coyote into the air and then target human prey.

Spearing said, ‘We have one drawing where there’s a girl on vacation in Delaware, right by the Atlantic Ocean, a summer village, and behind her, about 100 yards away, there’s a forest of pine trees.

“She saw a silvery cylinder come down with purple lights on it. It’s almost three feet off the ground. It was four feet tall.

‘And she sees something fall out of the bottom of the cylinder. And it turns out to be a piece of meat.

“The coyote comes to the meat that’s been sucked into the cylinder. It vibrates again, incredibly loud, and about three minutes later she hears something that sounds like bones cracking, pop. The coyote is thrown out and the thing flies away.”

The girl ran back inside to grab a camera and came outside to take a picture, Spearing said.

Spearing said: ‘She goes back home and her mother asks: Where have you been?

“She goes, I went outside to take a picture of something. She goes, you’ve been gone for four hours. It’s one in the afternoon, so the girl had four hours of missed time.”

Spearing said it is possible the girl was abducted and searched, but it could also be that she was “very, very lucky.”
