Elite Brisbane private girls’ school St Rita’s College embroiled in disgusting ‘smash or pass’ rating scandal after student photos were leaked to another school
Identity photos of 13-year-old girls from an exclusive private girls’ school have been leaked and posted online, with their attractiveness then being cruelly judged on a ‘smash or pass’ basis.
Parents of Year 8 students at St Rita’s College in Brisbane, where tuition starts at more than $11,000, were informed of the horrific incident in a letter from the school on Thursday.
Catherine Allen, assistant principal of St. Rita, has informed parentsTheir daughters’ photos were ‘shared with another school’.
“We have learned that photos of the IDs of the students in this group have been shared with another school,” the letter states.
We have contacted the school who are investigating this and will ensure that this shared information is removed.
‘I understand that reading this information may be disturbing.
Please know that we do everything we can to ensure the safety and privacy of our students.
“If you have any questions or would like to share more information, please feel free to contact me.”

An anonymous parent told the courier post His daughter had been told that the photos were being used to “judge” the students on TikTok.
It is alleged that a student at St. Rita was coerced into sending photos by a friend from another school, which were then posted online for review.
“Something like this is a sign of a culture of misogyny,” the father said.
“I’m pretty angry about it. I’m angry that this happened, especially in this day and age. It’s humiliating. If they do that at 13, what are they going to be like as adults?
The school, where tuition starts at more than $11,000, said it was investigating the incident
‘There was a meeting on Thursday, the students were spoken to and they were told to tell their parents, but not to anyone else.’
He said the incident made his daughter anxious.
