Christina Hall is ‘ready to fight’ estranged husband Josh Hall in divorce battle – as she shows off toned body in gym clothes

Christina Hall was spotted wearing all-black attire while walking her white dog in California on Friday.

The Flip Or Flop veteran wore a black corset top, black leggings and black shoes with a black cap and sunglasses at Castaway Park in Newport Beach.

She also documented the walk on her Insta Stories, playing Kanye West’s Gold Digger, a song likely intended for her ex Josh Hall.

In mid-July, she confirmed that she was divorcing her husband of two years.

Things don’t end well: she accuses Josh of embezzling $35,000 from her bank account, stealing items from their marital home, and being “insecure” and having a big “ego.”

Now a A source close to the situation revealed to DailyMail.com that Christina is not taking the ugliness surrounding the split lightly. “Christina is ready to fight Josh, and the battle between them has only just begun,” the insider shared.

“She’s gathering evidence for the divorce, but he’s also ready to fight. Josh wants to clear his name and get justice for himself, while Christina feels like she was wronged,” the source added.

She’s already in fighting shape.

On Thursday, she broke her silence on her divorce by branding her ex an “insecure man” in her Instagram stories.

The TV personality wrote: ‘Here I am waiting for the typical speech from a Hired PR rep, where he says, “I am surprised and how I am working on myself and taking time to recover at her ranch…”

“I’m not as nice and calm here as I used to be,” the mother of three continued.

In another slide, Christina added, “I’ve worked so hard to build this life for myself and my children. Anyone who tries to take something they don’t deserve/did NOT work for should be ashamed of themselves.”

She added: ‘An insecure man with a big ego can certainly throw you off, but “get up”…’

“For those who don’t know…breakups don’t happen overnight…& there’s always a breaking point. This one is personal……..,” Christina concluded to her 1.8 million fans and followers.

On July 16, it was announced that the marriage had ended after two years.

The star married Josh, 44, in April 2022 after less than a year of dating.

They’ve decided to call it quits and according to documents seen by E! News, the reason behind the split is listed as “irreconcilable differences.”

A source said: ‘The end of their marriage was dramatic. They have been having problems for a while.’

Documents seen by the outlet also confirm that both Christina and Josh filed separate papers in Orange County, California, with Josh listing Tuesday, July 8, as the divorce date.

The documents also show that Josh is “seeking child support from Christina and wants the court to strip her of her ability to collect child support from him” and that he “has split the money they had from him before they got married.”

Christina, who has Taylor (13) and son Braydon (8) with her first husband and former ‘Flip or Flop’ co-host Tarek El Moussa, as well as four-year-old Hudson with her second husband Ant Antstead, has not yet commented on the split, but she recently made it clear that she and Josh have no plans to expand their family.

One Instagram user commented under a series of professional black-and-white photos of the family: “Is that baby #4 peeking out there?”

Christina replied sarcastically, “No. That’s called ‘not holding in my stomach after having three kids.’

Another user wrote: ‘I hope 2024 brings baby #4.’

And her husband replied, ‘No shot. Three is more than enough for us. Maybe one more puppy!’

Christina recently explained that the relationship between her first husband Tarek — who is now married to Selling Sunset star Heather Rae and has Tristan of 18 months with him — and Josh has improved over the years, especially as they all learned to raise their children together.

She told Us Weekly, “I feel like [Tarek and my husband Josh Hall’s relationship] has definitely gotten better over the years. We’re all in a really good place when it comes to co-parenting.’

Christina was supposed to star in The Flip Off with Josh, but now Tarek and Heather will film The Flip Off without him.

Ex-spouses Christina and Tarek had signed on for the new HGTV series with their current partners Josh and Heather, but after Josh filed for divorce this week, the series will continue without him.

A source told Us Weekly, “They’re producing The Flip Off without Josh. They’re going to continue the show without him.”

Tarek and Heather have shown their support for Christina.

Tarek told E! News, “S*** happens. We only get one shot at life and we have to do what’s best for us, so whatever she needs, we’re here to help.”

Heather, who is best known for her role in the Netflix hit Selling Sunset, insisted her co-star will “get through” the tough times and joked that they might even take on Tarek together.

She said: ‘The show may be us against her right now. But we support her and she will get through this. We love working together. [Tarek] although!’
