A couple couldn’t control themselves after purchasing a simple device that allowed them to suspend their dog in the air so they could trim his nails.
TikTok user Chrissy from Louisville, Kentucky, shared a 42-second video showing her and her boyfriend wrestling their little dog Harlan into a harness from the ceiling.
The result was that the dog was left hanging in a state of helplessness several feet above the kitchen countertop, with his paws sticking out for easy reach.
“Boyfriend calls me into the kitchen, tells me to grab my phone and start recording… I walked in and saw this!” Chrissy captioned the post.

In the opening scene of the video, Chrissy can be heard laughing hysterically as she approaches the scene where Harlan is hanging from the ceiling. She looks confused and a little irritated and can’t move.
“POV: When you have to buy a device to put your dog in so he doesn’t bite you when you clip his nails,” she added in the text overlay.
In a follow-up video, Chrissy documented the actual process of clipping the puppy’s nails.
Harlan, a cross between a Keeshond, a Shih Tzu and a Bichon Frise, tried to bite at his friend’s hands, but he could neither bite nor crawl away.
Finally, Chrissy shared that she bought Harlan some special treats after “shaming” him with the viral video, which has been liked nearly seven million times and viewed more than 52 million times in just a few days.
“I had to get on Harlan’s good side after we disgraced him. I hope we don’t find any shit or pee in our shoes,” she reasoned.
When Chrissy gave Harlan some new toys and bits of dried meat, all seemed to be thankfully forgiven.
