My Sims 4 character only wants to paint grilled cheese sandwiches
Gabriella Duke has always been a painter – it was, as the cliché goes, written in the stars. (Or more specifically, designated by The Sims 4(‘s stories can be found in Create-A-Sim.) Then she discovered grilled cheese sandwiches.
After Gabriella ate three grilled cheese sandwiches in a row, why would she eat anything else when warm cheese on toast is an option? The Sims 4 gave her a choice: change her ambition in life to Grilled Cheese, or continue trying to become a computer genius (which made little sense, given her profession as a painter).

Of course she chose Grilled Cheese. The sticky, delicious treats quickly took over her life.
“This Sim wants to eat, argue, sleep, dream, and live grilled cheese sandwiches,” the aspiration description reads. It was completely accurate.
To fulfill the Grilled Cheese ambition, Sims must complete a variety of activities across three levels: Gouda Greenhorn, Cheddar Connoisseur, and Muenster Maniac. On the Gouda level, these include talking to three Sims about grilled cheese and eating 10 grilled cheese sandwiches. On the final level, Muenster, Sims must cook a top-quality grilled cheese sandwich, eat a grilled cheese sandwich in space, and talk to the Grim Reaper about grilled cheese.

While completing the first tasks, Gabriella quickly gained weight: she ate only cheese and bread, so that was not surprisingShe also grew her leg hair. When she wasn’t eating, or chatting about grilled cheese sandwiches, or painting for fun, she barely had time to go to work, sleep, or use the bathroom.
The final stage, Muenster, was a challenge for Gabriella. Firstly, she lived alone, so getting access to a rocket would be difficult. Talking to the Grim Reaper wasn’t exactly an everyday occurrence either.
Luckily, cheat codes unlocked the rocket, and Gabriella spent a few days of PTO building it. Grilled cheese goals come before work goals, after all. With her trusty, top-notch grilled cheese sandwich in hand, Gabriella blasted off into space to eat it in zero gravity.

Upon her return, Gabriella began making plans to meet the Grim Reaper. She invited her boyfriend Rob, the grocery delivery guy, to hang out at her house. He immediately went to the bathroom. (Who doesn’t for they go away to meet someone at their home?!) Then he got locked in “accidentally”, because suddenly there was no door anymore.
After waiting many days for Rob to leave this life (seriously, why does it take so long for someone to die of starvation in The Sims 4?), Gabriella invited him to join her household. The hunger thing was taking too long, so after another quick cheat code, a killer rabbit appeared to attack Rob, who Finally died.

“Through sweat, blood, tears, and a multitude of grilled cheese sandwiches, Gabriella has achieved her dream of becoming a Melt Master!” the game announced, as Gabriella spoke to the Grim Reaper over grilled cheese.
Completing the Grilled Cheese ambition also earned Gabriella the Melt Master trait, allowing her to summon grilled cheese sandwiches and paint grilled cheese portraits at will. Her time had finally come.
Now Gabriella could take her painting career to new heights, with her favorite meal as her muse. Her brush would glide across canvas, painting grilled cheese sandwiches in a variety of styles: abstract, impressionist, pop art, and surreal. These masterpieces would grace the walls of collectors and art museums around the world.
Unfortunately, Gabriella’s imagination seemed to run out after she painted her beloved grilled cheese sandwich in six different styles. She started painting grilled cheese sandwiches in the same random style over and over again, without considering her previous options.
To commemorate the completion of her lifelong aspiration of Grilled Cheese, and the fame she had gained from painting it, Gabriella created an altar to her favorite melted sandwich in her study. Then, after what seemed like years, she finally moved on with her life. (As did I after a week with my Furby.)
