AFL WAG Bec Judd shows off her six-pack abs in a bikini as she enjoys a sunny Broome holiday with her family

Rebecca Judd raised temperatures on Sunday when she took to social media to show off her rock-hard abs in a bikini while on holiday in Broome, Western Australia.

The 41-year-old model and influencer showed off her gym-ready body in a revealing red two-piece with cutouts at the top.

She wore a Celine bucket hat and matching beach bag as she soaked up the sun on a lounger.

Bec also shared a clip of herself visiting a picturesque beach in Western Australia in a dark grey bikini.

She had the biggest smile on her face in the footage showing her and her family during the last days of the school holidays.

“I live here now. We love Broome,” she wrote in the caption.

The TV and radio presenter previously spoke to Ny Breaking Australia about the food she eats to keep her body in shape, saying it’s quite relaxing but she always eats a healthy meal.

Bec says she eats muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.

“Breakfast is usually muesli and a strong latte,” Bec told Ny Breaking Australia.

The Perth-born beauty, who co-founded sportswear brand Jaggad, also says Pilates helps her stay in shape.

In 2020, Bec shared her health and fitness tips and revealed that cardio tennis helps her stay in top shape.

“It’s a cardio workout where the music is blaring, the coach is giving you balls, you’re doing amazing drills with lots of running and it’s 60 minutes that just flies by,” Bec previously told News.com.au. She said she plays twice a week for two hours.

“It’s the only time in my life that I look at my watch and think, ‘Damn, there’s only 10 minutes left,’ whereas when I’m exercising, I usually just look at the clock and want it to be over quickly.”

Bec has four children: daughter Billie, nine, son Oscar, 12, and twins Darcy and Tom, seven, with her ex-AFL star husband Chris. They live in a mansion in the posh Melbourne suburb of Brighton.
