Halsey appeared to be in high spirits during a date in New York on Sunday, nearly a month after going public with her years-long secret health struggles.
The 29-year-old singer and actress, who recently appeared topless in a racy photo, was spotted on a romantic date with her boyfriend Avan Jogia as they arrived at the famous Italian eatery Emilio Ballato.
With her bright pink hair, the Maxxxine star looked like a true fashionista. She perfectly combined the neon color with a brightly colored floral dress.
The playful strapless dress showed off her tattooed arms as she walked hand-in-hand with the 32-year-old former Victorious actor, who looked handsome in a gray suit.
The adorable couple were first linked in September 2023, roughly six months after Halsey split from ex-boyfriend Alex Aydin, with whom she has one child, son Ender Ridley.

Halsey and Avan’s performance in the Big Apple comes a month after she revealed in 2022 that she had been diagnosed with both systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and a “rare” T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder.
In a video she posted to Instagram in June, she told her fans she was “lucky to be alive” despite her secret health problems.
“I told myself I’m going to give myself two more years to be sick,” she said. “At 30, I’m going to have a rebirth and not get sick anymore, and I’m going to look super hot and have a lot of energy, and I’m just going to relive my 20s in my 30s.”
She said her conditions are now under control or in remission, but she acknowledged that she will likely deal with these health issues for the rest of her life.
While focusing on her health, the singer has been busy. She recently starred in the horror film MaXXXine, which also stars Mia Goth.
