Gemma has been on a weight loss mission in recent months after admitting she feared becoming ‘an overweight mum’ due to her fertility issues.
Taking to Instagram, she showed off her slimmer waist while wearing a pair of quirky black and gold leggings with a black bra.
Gemma credited her success to the ‘fibre first’ diet and posted a video showing how her pants are now falling down.
In the Reel she joked: ‘When I saw this [leggings] as the night progresses, they fall down.
‘So what can be done to these to hold them up? I don’t know if you can put anything on them [side] to them. Thank you.’
Uploading the candid clip to 2.2 million followers, Gemma wrote: ‘Thank you @stevebennettmhp #fibrefirstguys get on with this it takes time slow slow slow then BOOM #fibrefirst #linkinbio follow @stevebennettmhp @healthresultsofficial.’

Gemma has been searching for ways to lose weight in recent months after admitting she feared becoming ‘an overweight mum’ due to her fertility issues
Gemma, who has polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), said she wants to be the ‘best version of herself’ when she has children.
She claimed that she had reversed her PCOS and that she wanted to try to conceive with Rami in September this year.
The star recently shared how her new diet guru Steve Bennett has helped her ‘heal’ after years of fertility problems.
Steve, who has a new book out called The Fibre First Diet, has transformed her lifestyle and helped her drop from a size 26 to a size 20, which she claims has ‘cured’ her condition.
Gemma explained OK! Magazine in June why she didn’t want to be an overweight mother.
She said, “I have nothing against overweight mothers, but I want to run and play with my child.
‘I want to have as much energy as possible for my child and be the best version of myself for my child.’
On her fertility struggles, Gemma added: ‘I always find that nothing has ever been easy. I’ve always been the one struggling to get there!
“It’s the same with my fertility and I share it with others because so many people who are going through the same thing reach out to me.”

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common condition that affects the functioning of a woman’s ovaries. It can mean that a woman has difficulty conceiving due to irregular ovulation or no ovulation.
She recently told MailOnline: ‘Since working with Steve he has reversed my PCOS, I no longer have it and am therefore one step closer to having a child.
‘I went to a fertility clinic and I was supposed to start my fertility journey in September, but I’m not sure if I should start fertility testing now. Hopefully I can do it naturally. Also, my thyroid is working better, I don’t suffer from underactive thyroid anymore.’
‘People have bullied me for years about my weight and now I think: I can’t help it, I’m active…
“But now I don’t have to do any intensive exercises. This is the first diet where you only add things and don’t take things away.”
Steve added: ‘With PCOS, the main cause is sugar imbalance. By adding fibre first, Gemma can regulate her sugar intake, so that would be a logical step to help with PCOS.’
Gemma has suffered from PCOS since she was 28, when she started gaining weight.
According to the NHS, PCOS cannot be cured, but symptoms can be managed.

Gemma has been open about previous fertility issues and has previously had three miscarriages.
She suffered her first heartbreaking loss in 2012, but eight years later, in 2020, she found the strength to talk about it publicly.
The reality star didn’t know she was pregnant at the time, saying the baby “died in front of her eyes” after she gave birth on the landing at home.
Gemma suffered her second miscarriage in 2020 during the Covid pandemic and tragically, Gemma suffered a third devastating miscarriage just months later in July 2020 after falling pregnant with her ex-boyfriend James Argent’s baby.
