Foodies are turning heads at Sydney’s popular ‘all you can eat’ sushi train, but the low price is only half the appeal.
Tara Sushi Bar on Crown Street in Surry Hills is turning heads with its inviting ‘all you can eat’ menu for just $39.
For an additional $6 you can get a glass of sake with your meal.
Sydney foodie Nina recently raved about this hidden gem, claiming she would definitely be back for a second helping.
“You can take anything from the tray, even order anything from the all-you-can-eat menu,” she said in a video.
‘[The extra menu] includes ramen, chicken karage, beef carpaccio, volcano rolls and more.
You also get a plate of sashimi, a dessert and a soft drink as part of the deal.
“I definitely took advantage of this hour and ate as much as I could,” Nina added.

The foodie revealed her favorites of the evening: the nigiri with salmon and scallops.
“The offer is so good and I can’t wait to go back,” she said.
Hundreds of others were also enthusiastic about the popular spot.
‘I always come here when I’m in the mood for sushi or Japanese food,’ someone said. ‘What a cozy little place.’
“Great price for ‘All you can eat’ at $39. If you like beef, the grilled beef amayaki is a must try,” said a second.
“Great value and the sushi is so good,” said another five-star reviewer. “The staff is so friendly – definitely the best sushi bar in the area.”
However, a few customers complained that the sushi was not fresh and found the tempura batter to be ‘too lumpy’.
