Top neurologist makes bombshell claim that Biden, 81, ‘definitely’ has Parkinson’s disease and reveals the common symptoms he is displaying: ‘I could have diagnosed him from across the mall’

A leading neurologist has said it is a “fact” that President Biden suffers from a degenerative brain disease, claiming he “could have diagnosed him from across the mall.”

Dr. Tom Pitts, a New York specialist, gave his scathing assessment of the president’s neurological health on NBC.

“His motor symptoms are degenerating,” Pitts said. “He has Parkinson’s. That’s a fact. He has brain degeneration. Show me the MRI. Show me he doesn’t have that. Put your money where your mouth is. He absolutely does.”

Parkinsonism is a collective term for degenerative brain disorders, which also includes Parkinson’s disease.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre strongly denies that Biden is receiving treatment for Parkinson’s disease beyond his regular checkups.

Leading neurologist suggests Joe Biden’s ailing health may be worse than feared

Jean-Pierre confirmed that Biden had been examined by a neurologist three times, but declined to say why a specialist had visited the White House eight times in eight months, citing privacy and security concerns.

Speculation has been rife about the president’s neurological health after he appeared weak and listless and was unable to complete his answers during his disastrous debate with Donald Trump.

Pitts, a four-time board-certified New York specialist, was asked what he thought of the president’s condition.

He shockingly claimed that Biden “definitely” has Parkinson’s disease and that he sees people like him working in his clinic “20 times a day.” He even said he could have diagnosed the president “from across the mall” if he had been watching him.

“It’s ironic because he has exactly the classic features of neurodegeneration: difficulty finding words. And that’s not just ‘Oh, I couldn’t find the right word,’ but it’s due to degeneration of the word retrieval mechanism.”

Pitts has never personally examined Biden, but said what he saw during the debate is very common in people with the condition.

“You notice when he turns, it’s kind of an end block turn; it’s not a quick turn,” Pitts said. NBC News.

“That’s one of the hallmarks of Parkinson’s; the stiffness and bradykinesia, slow movements. And he has that hallmark, especially with the low voice that they called a cold; hypophonia, a little monotone voice like that over time is a hallmark of Parkinsonism. I could have diagnosed him from across the mall.”

He also made it clear that Biden’s historic struggles with overcoming his stutter as a young man have absolutely nothing to do with what Pitts believes he is experiencing now.

“This is not a palate problem or a speech disorder,” he said. “And then there’s the stiffness and the monotone voice.”

Pitts, who calls himself a Democrat, says the condition is easy to diagnose even from a distance.

“His motor symptoms are degenerating,” Pitts said bluntly. “He has Parkinson’s. That’s a fact.”

The White House is now attempting to limit the damage after reports emerged that Joe Biden’s personal physician met with a leading neurologist and Parkinson’s specialist at the White House.

Biden’s health, which has been in question since his disastrous first debate with Donald Trump, has been the subject of much speculation. Spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre added fuel to the fire on Monday by saying the president has already seen a neurologist three times.

Kevin Cannard is a movement disorders specialist at Walter Reed Medical Center in Maryland.

On Monday, O’Connor released a letter with the consent of both Biden and Cannard, and confirmed that Cannard was the neurologist who has examined the president at each of his three medical exams since taking office.

But most of Cannard’s visits to the White House were in connection with his position as a specialist in the White House Medical Department, where he spent 12 years treating patients with a variety of neurological problems in the White House, O’Connor said.

Biden is being criticized by some Democrats, who say he is not mentally strong enough to run as their candidate against Trump in the presidential election on November 5.

The revelation comes amid mounting criticism of the president’s mental state following his car-crash debate with rival Donald Trump.

Biden, 81, has tried to quash rumors that he is unfit to lead and continues to insist he will run in the November election, but has declined to say whether he regularly undergoes formal cognitive testing.

“Look, I have a cognitive test every day,” Biden said Friday when asked about it by ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, referring to the tasks he faces daily in a demanding job.

“Every day I have that test. Everything I do. You know, I’m not just campaigning, I’m running the world.”

After the debate, the White House reported that Biden had a verbal “check-in” with his doctor.

Still, questions remain about his competence, especially after his first interview since the disastrous June 27 debate failed to allay fears.

Several Democrats had called for Biden to withdraw from the race after the debate, and they reiterated this call after yesterday’s ABC interview.
