Rachael Finch turned heads on Wednesday when she completed an intense bikini-clad workout at a public pool in Coogee, Sydney.
The 36-year-old Miss Universe Australia winner filmed herself doing deep squats and push-ups.
The model hid her face under a wide-brimmed visor and wore a strapless cheetah-print bikini top and black bottoms for the Instagram video.
Rachael was allowed to work while her children Violet, eight, and Dominic, five, who she shares with husband Michael Miziner, played in the winter sun.
The first clip shows Rachael getting down on her knees as people stand around her.
Rachael then did push-ups and finished off her fitness routine with a balancing act where she lifted one leg high in the air.
The fitness influencer recently faced criticism when she competed in a school cross-country race with her daughter.
Rachael uploaded a video of herself running after her daughter Violet, shouting words of encouragement as the young girl competes against her peers.

A mother whose daughter competed in the same competition claimed that Rachel’s behavior had a negative impact on her child’s performance.
The woman told Outspoken podcast hosts Amy, Kate and Sophie Taeuber last month that her daughter felt “intimidated” by the mummy blogger.
“My daughter ran right after her. She was too intimidated to pass because the mother was yelling and getting in the way,” she said.

The podcast hosts also revealed how former My Kitchen Rules star Ash Pollard defended Rachel following the negative comments.
They said they shared the video on their Instagram page when Ash tagged Rachael and commented on the post.
Ash accused the podcasters of being “mean and cruel” and said they should “remove the opinion piece before it ruins Rachel’s day.”
Ash also called it “pathetic material” and told the podcasters that “they had no positive impact on the world.”
