An Australian tourist has angered Americans after revealing what she likes least about the US, including the common trait that “piss[s]her off”.
The unnamed woman received a lot of criticism after appearing in American content creator Kjordy’s TikTok video, in which she delivered her sharpest criticism of the country and its inhabitants.
In a video that has gone viral and has now been viewed more than 620,000 times, Kjordy approaches the Australian woman on the street and asks her what “annoys” her most about the US.
Without hesitation, the anonymous woman admitted that the “patriotism” of Americans is the hardest thing for her to stomach, and began ranting angrily about how much the locals seem to love their country.
She left no point unaddressed and also took aim at Americans for their penchant for ‘greeting people’.

The video begins with the content creator asking the Australian, “What irritates you most about Americans?”
“That patriotism really makes me angry,” the woman replied.
Kjordy looked confused as he wondered why Americans’ love for their country was “bad.”
She replied, “It’s the extreme end, where you think you’re better than everyone else and that everyone has to hold themselves to your expectations in terms of service and greeting people on the street. Sometimes I just don’t want to be talked to.”
The Australian woman noted that she felt like most Americans were “very much.”
She noticed that people were constantly asking her how she was doing, which made her feel overwhelmed.
“It’s beautiful, but it’s a lot,” she said at the end of the video.
