Ulrika Jonsson has hit out at Heidi Klum, 49, for posing next to her daughter Leni, 18, in a lingerie photo shoot.
The TV host, 55, said she felt “deeply uncomfortable” by the photos and would never ask her own daughters to pose with her like that.
Writing in her column for The sunUlrika said she feels stars like Cindy Crawford and Kylie Jenner are making “strategic” decisions to “display” their daughters.

Ulrika is mother to daughters Bo, 22, and Martha, 18, and said they would both “cringe” posing next to their mother in their underwear.
She wrote: ‘If I asked them to pose next to me in a lingerie shoot or even, God forbid, to ‘twin’ with me, I wouldn’t even get a response, just a look saying ‘NO’. ‘
Ulrika said celebrity moms who “twin” with their daughters feel like a modern take on Jane Austen’s novels, where young women were “parade and bragged.”
She said, “Trying to match with your daughter makes me feel really uncomfortable. It’s like trying to make the child look like you or maybe, worse, make you look like a child. Besides, your daughter is your daughter. Not your bezzie mate.’
Honest: The 55-year-old TV host said the photos made her “deeply uncomfortable” and that she would never ask her own daughters to pose with her like that
Ulrika also wondered if stars show off their daughters to let everyone know “how young and youthful they still look.”
She said, “But could there also be an underlying scent of mothers, like Heidi—or even Gwynnie—showing off their daughters in an effort to simultaneously show the world how young and youthful they still look in comparison?”
The former Gladiators host said she suspected some celebrity moms want people to think they look more like their daughter’s sister than her mother.
Heidi’s daughter Leni has followed in her mother’s footsteps and made a name for herself in the modeling world.
She recently starred in a new magazine cover for Hunger and was featured in Vogue Germany and Glamor Germany, and walked last month at Milan Fashion Week.
The social media personality, who has 1.5 million followers on Instagram, recently left her home to move to New York City to begin her freshman year of college.
