It’s been a month since Abbey Ginns lost her partner and father of two Bryce Williams to a tragic accident.
The young mother, 30, was left a widow when the 33-year-old father was hit and killed by a driver on September 6 along Nanango Brooklands Road in Nanango, near the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
On Tuesday, Ms. Ginns took to Instagram to share a heartbreaking update on how she is feeling in the wake of the tragedy, after the community came together and raised more than $350,000 for the family following Bryce’s death.
“Every day without you gets harder. I beg for the day to hurry up and end and in the same breath I’m panicking that I’m moving further away from you,” she wrote.

Bryce was jogging along the side of the road when he was hit by a passing vehicle at 6:30 p.m.
“My mind is constantly sifting through memories every second of the day, I am completely absorbed by them.
The feeling of you, your smell, seeing you walk by, hearing your voice, your dry one-liners that make the kids and I burst, your love, and most importantly the everyday moments of nothingness, of you just being here with me, together, how we should be.
“I could go on for hours, but I think I’ve got the rest of my life for that.”

She ended her letter: ‘Our love is endless, and I know you feel the same. My most favorite person to exist. Two people, one heart’.
Ms. Ginns is a fashion marketer turned interior stylist and co-founded furniture company Huski Studios with Bryce in 2018.
They appeared in Vogue Living on October 21, 2019 to talk about their business and how they first met.
The pair first collided when Mrs. Ginns stopped in Bali on her way to Europe. She only planned to have a drink with some expat friends before getting back on board when she met Bryce.
The two clicked and a year later she was back in Bali, the love of her life by her side, to redecorate and renovate a villa.
The family had just added a new baby to their growing brood
“I worked in fashion, but my heart has always been interiors,” Ms Ginns told Vogue. “It was my idea to retile, repaint and refloor the villa – Bryce just went with it.”
From this, they decided to start their furniture business and move back to Australia to start a family.
Ms. Ginns is also the sister of TV star Ryan Ginns who won Big Brother in 2014.
Ryan wrote his own tribute to his best friend Bryce on September 25.
“The hardest thing in life is letting go of the people you want to grow old with. We shared the idea that our lives would be intertwined forever through our family and our friendship. An idea that grew with us as we grew. We were just getting started and I cherish every minute,” he said on Instagram.
“I had selfishly struck gold when you and Abb fell in love. Not only did I find comfort in knowing that you were her safest place and her greatest adventure, but I now had a best partner to join family life with.
“To see you fall in love and witness what you both have created, with your greatest legacy in Woods and Roo, makes me so proud, friend. In 33 years you have not only achieved more, but you have loved more than most people would dream of in their lifetime.’

“Your heart is in mine, Woodi’s and Rome’s to infinity,” Mrs. Ginn wrote at the time.
‘I have no more words, only tears. You are my forever, you are my home. I love you.’
The death sparked an outpouring of grief in the community and prompted the creation of a GoFundMe page to help the family cope.
“Everyone who knows Bryce, whether it’s really good or not, has felt his loss greatly,” organizer Samantha Servodio wrote.

“He was the funniest man we all knew, the best father and an extraordinarily loving partner.
“His heart was huge and completely full, where he always kept his friends and family, but especially the three loves of his life, Abbey, Woodi and Rome.”
Mr Williams was described as a hard worker who did his best for his partner and two children.
“If we can all bear a little grief for Abbey, Woodi and Rome, we hope that their burden will feel lighter and that they can somehow heal,” Ms Servodio wrote.
“Brycey will be missed so much every day, by so many people.”
