Melbourne real estate agent’s cheeky ad about being the ‘best-looking’ divides Aussies
An estate agent who came up with an innovative advertising campaign promoting himself as ‘the most handsome estate agent’ has divided Australians.
Noah Rezaie, 27, a sales consultant with P&G Real Estate from Narre Warren South, made headlines with his advert on the back of a bus driving through Melbourne’s south-east.
The advertisement, which reads: ‘Voted #1 Most Beautiful Estate Agent in Narre Warren South*’, clarifies the title at the bottom of the advertisement.
“*Voted by my mother,” it said.
In one photo, the officer is seen wearing a suit, complete with vest, leaning on his right arm and with his left hand in his pocket, giving him a casual pose.
Mr Rezaie, who has been a real estate agent for seven years, told Daily Mail Australia the advert, which is tongue-in-cheek, was intended to attract attention.
“My colleague Melissa and I tried to come up with a new idea, not just a standard real estate ad,” he said.
‘People often hate real estate agents because they don’t have the best reputation, and I don’t blame them.

Noah Rezaie, 27, (pictured) has been an officer for seven years and hoped people would see the humor in the ad
“They think they are lying to people and that they are only in it for the money.”
Mr. Rezaie explained that he wanted to reach people through humor and show the general public that some officers are nice and care about people, which is also what he tries to express on TikTok.
“The ad is actually a contest. People are asked to take a picture of the ad on the back of the bus and post it to their stories,” he said.
“The prize is three tickets of $200 vouchers. This is the second week and it lasts for three weeks in total.”
Locals posted photos of the ad, which was “received positively” and received positive feedback on the agency’s Instagram account.
But once the post was shared on Reddit, Mr Rezaie admitted that public reaction was mixed, but he has now made his peace with it.
“The general public hates real estate agents, so I get it,” he said.
“The ad hasn’t attracted any more customers yet, but ads like this can take time. And it’s only been up for a little over a week.”
The officer said he hoped the humorous line “Voted by my mother” would let others know the agency was joking, but that some locals took the ad seriously anyway.
“He looks like a cheaper version of James Franco,” one Reddit user commented.
“It looks like the back of a bus to me,” said another.
“If they hadn’t cropped the photo, his brown (faux) leather shoes would be visible, no socks,” wrote another.

Some saw the brazen ad as yet another reason to hate real estate agents.
“Well, there you have it, I can actually have a bit of a disdain for real estate agents,” one person wrote.
“At least he admits he doesn’t need any skills to do his job,” said another.
Others noticed the agent’s creative and humorous approach to the company ad.
‘This is going to be an unpopular opinion…but a realtor’s job is to show your house, talk about it and sell it. Y’all talking about him…this man knows what he’s talking about,’ one person wrote.
“Ah, he’s got you hook, line and sinker! Just ignore these assholes next time,” wrote another.
