This gaming chair features cooling fans to keep you from getting hot and sticky while you play
Itâs no secret that leatherette gaming chairs can get pretty warm. If youâve sat in one for a few minutes on a hot summer day, youâll know that it doesnât take long for that slightly damp, sweaty feeling to soak your backside and start seeping down your legs.
Luckily, that’s exactly what the recently announced AutoFull M6 gaming chair aims to solve with some interesting temperature control mechanisms designed to not only keep you cool in the summer, but nice and warm in the winter too.
Firstly, the $799.99/ÂŁ799.99 chair is upholstered in ultra-soft porous leather with a perforated design which, according to the manufacturer, âsignificantly improves the issues of heat and sweatâ and helps prevent your chair from âgetting hot and sticky during long summer sessionsâ .
It also features two cooling fans placed in the seat cushion that exhaust warm air. Autofull claims that this active cooling mechanism can âreduce seat temperature by up to 56% on the highest setting.â That’s not all, though, as the cushion contains two heating elements that can reportedly “increase seat temperature by approximately 67%, keeping you warm too.”
It may all sound a bit strange, but I canât deny that the idea doesnât sound very promising. Many modern cars come with the option of heated seats, and these can make a huge difference to your comfort level on a particularly cold day. If the heating system on the AutoFull M6 gaming chair is anywhere near as good, this could become a very desirable feature for some.
Elsewhere, the chair features âsix-dimensionalâ mechanical armrests that allow for a wide range of adjustment. Thereâs also a movable lumbar support, which dynamically adjusts depending on how youâre sitting. Whether youâre just relaxing after a competitive match Counterattack 2 or hunched over a telephone playing Call of Duty: Warzone mobileBoth features should ensure that you can find a comfortable position.
