Ben Affleck arrives to ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s home in LA… after ‘moving his things out’ from $60M mansion he shares with Jennifer Lopez amid split rumors
Ben Affleck was spotted on Sunday visiting his ex Jennifer Garner in LA amid rumors of marital problems with his wife Jennifer Lopez.
The Oscar winner, 51 – who recently “moved his stuff out of the $60 million home” he shares with the On The Floor singer, 54 – was spotted stepping out of a sleek vehicle while clutching a book and a can of Diet Coke.
He wore simple jeans and a gray short-sleeved shirt with “Speed Motors Unlimited” printed on the front.
The Good Will Hunting actor completed his outfit by wearing a pair of Nike sneakers.
Garner was also seen during the day after a cup of coffee, wearing black tight leggings and a blue short-sleeved shirt.

The 13 Going On 30 actress wore a pair of comfortable white sneakers while her dark locks were pulled back into a sleek ponytail.
To complete the look, the mother of three wore a stylish pair of sunglasses to protect her eyes from the bright sun.
Affleck and Garner were married from 2005 until their divorce was finalized in 2018.
The couple also had three children during their marriage: Violet, 18, Finn, 15 (formerly known as Seraphina) and Samuel, 12.
Ben’s latest outing on Sunday comes amid swirling divorce rumors between himself and his wife, Jennifer Lopez, whom he tied the knot with in July 2022.
The two stars reportedly live separately, with the Atlas actress currently staying in their $60 million mansion and Affleck staying in Brentwood for a $100,000-a-month rent.
A source recently said People in an article published Friday that the actor “has moved his things out of their lavish marital home.”
“Ben is still living in the Brentwood rental. He’s been there for about two months now,” the insider told the outlet.

‘He seems fine. He is in the office every day and seems focused on his work. He also spends time with his children.’
Lopez recently returned to the United States after traveling to Italy alone.
Over the summer holidays, the star was spotted spending time with close friends during a boat day on the water in Positano.
Earlier this week, she was also seen at Paris Fashion Week during the Dior Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2024-2025 runway show.
She wore a brown one-shoulder dress with a belt wrapped around her waist, and a pair of open-toe gold heels.
Jennifer completed the look by wearing black elbow-length gloves and carrying a stylish black Dior bag.
And on Saturday, Lopez was spotted having lunch with her child Emme, 16, in Beverly Hills – but was not accompanied by her husband, despite her return to California.
Amid rumors of divorce, Affleck and Lopez put the Beverly Hills mansion they have shared since 2023 up for sale in early June for $65 million.

The two appear to still be in touch and have business ties: Lopez will star in two upcoming films for Affleck and Matt Damon’s production company. Those films are Unstoppable and Kiss Of The Spider Woman.
This comes a week after a source told DailyMail.com that Jennifer is ‘done’ with trying to make her marriage to Ben work.
As rumors swirl about the status of the couple’s marriage, an industry insider claims the pop star has lost her mind and doesn’t think she can do more to save the relationship.
‘Jenny has had enough and she has really tried but she can’t do any more. It’s not getting better, it’s worse,’ a music industry source told DailyMail.com.
The insider adds that the main reason J.Lo left her husband was because he was always “grumpy and negative,” like Oscar The Grouch from Sesame Street.
Jennifer is sad about the end of her marriage, but “is trying to make the best of it by exercising, spending time with her twins Max and Emme and making new plans for 2025,” the two said.
One of those new plans is to resume her This Is Me… Live tour in the summer of 2025, when she turns 56. She canceled the 2024 tour, which was set to begin in July, to “remember myself.”
‘She’s excited to go on tour next year when her private life is on quieter ground and she can connect with her fans. She will take her tribe and make the best of it,” the source said.
Lopez is also said to be “shocked” by the bad press she is receiving, which she says is not fair.
“If people could see what she really went through, they would be easier on her,” the source said.

Jennifer is sad about the end of her marriage, but “is trying to make the best of it by exercising, spending time with her twins Max and Emme and making new plans for 2025,” they continued.
“Ben is a great guy, but he can be grumpy and a downer. I think the world saw that in pictures like when they were at the Grammys last year; he wouldn’t smile. If they saw what it was like, they wouldn’t attack her,” Jennifer’s friend said.
“He smokes and swears and seems irritated a lot. Great director and actor, but he’s not much of a joke, you know?” the source said. “But he’s a great dad.”
However, the insider said Lopez will “march on” and added that she is “a very smart and strong woman and she will bounce back, she always does!”
As for how Jennifer and Ben interact these days, the source said they’re “friendly” with each other.
Meanwhile, Lopez has cleared her schedule this summer to give herself some time off to reexamine her life.
“She lives alone and not with Ben, I think everyone knows that already, so that’s a big change for her and the kids,” the friend said.
“Of course Jenny is sad, she loves Ben, but they are just too different. There is no give and take, there is no mingling, they are just on their own turf.”
The source added that Jennifer did everything she could: “She really tried her best to make it work, but it just didn’t work…”
Meanwhile, Jennifer, through her company Nuyorican, has signed a new deal with Netflix to adapt Emily Henry’s novel Happy Place into the screen.

Deadline There are plans to adapt the novel as a series, with producers and streaming executives currently in discussions with writers.
Happy Place follows the couple Harriet and Wyn who met in college but abruptly break up.
Despite breaking up five months earlier, they haven’t told their closest friends and share a bedroom in a Maine cabin during their annual getaway — and make a pact to lie about still being together.
Lopez will serve as one of the series’ producers, alongside Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Benny Medina.
