The 43-year-old reality star recently completed modern renovations and transformed the luxurious, sprawling beachfront estate, almost two years after purchasing the property.

The stunning mansion previously had a Mediterranean-inspired look, but she changed it to a contemporary, monochromatic design to match her $60 million mega-mansion in Hidden Hills.

The Kardashians star – who was praised by fans for her quirky woven braids as they compared her new look to Founding Fathers wigs – began renovating her additional property in early 2023 and has now completed the transformation over a year later .

This comes shortly after her ex-husband Kanye West cut $14 million off the asking price of his dilapidated Malibu mansion, which has since been gutted and is now in ruins.

In 2015, Crawford and Gerber purchased the home, which the supermodel featured in her 73 Questions video interview for Vogue in 2017.

A year later they listed for $60 million.

It was purchased in 2018 by Yellowstone actress Barret Swatek and her husband, investor Adam Weiss, for $45 million.

They later put the house up for sale in March 2022 for a whopping $99.5 million.

In September 2022, Kardashian finalized the sale — taking out a staggering $48 million mortgage for the $70.4 million purchase price — and also gave fans a glimpse of the incredible space during an episode of The Kardashians, which aired last summer was broadcast.

In the episode, she gushed about achieving her dream of owning a house in Malibu and told her younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, that she cried when she closed the deal.

She previewed the beachfront property, which was built in 1944 and features four bedrooms and six bathrooms in the two-story, 7,450-square-foot mansion.

The home sits atop three acres, which include a tennis court, pool, spa and fire pit overlooking the ocean.

In addition, the lush backyard also features a cabana with an outdoor fireplace and private stairs to nearby El Sol Beach.

The entrepreneur started the renovation in early 2023, changing the wraparound screed from a light-colored tile to smooth concrete for a sleek and modern style.

She also added monochrome garden furniture, so you can relax around the luxurious pool.

She also updated the space with a fresh new coat of paint to match the modern color scheme.

The SKIMS founder has also updated the landscaping on the surrounding hillside, adding taller trees and more greenery to her private oasis.

Those updates were completed that fall, but then Kardashian also decided to change the roof of her newly renovated home, which is now finished.

Her trendy and sleek home is located in the ‘Millionaire’ neighborhood and places her among A-list neighbors like Leonardo DiCaprio and Neil Diamond.

In recent months she has swapped the Mediterranean style for a more modern look by replacing the terracotta-colored, interlocking crown roof tiles with light gray, smooth ones.

Ahead of the reality star’s own initial renovations, senior director of Harrison Design Jesse Harrison told the New York Post about some other upgrades that had previously been made.

“Our team and clients worked to transform the entire property into a serene, Zen-like oasis that embraces the natural palette and materials of Southern California,” he had explained in an article published at the time of the purchase from Kardashian.

“In addition to a major renovation of the pool, spa and cabana, the Harrison Design team also created a motor court, private parking, an entry courtyard and a relaxing outdoor space adjacent to the gym.”
