Man United cast BAFTA award winning actor Barry Keoghan in new kit campaign with the Saltburn star set to shine in promotional material later this summer
BAFTA award-winning actor Barry Keoghan has been given a starring role in the promotional campaign for Manchester United’s new kit.
United will launch their new strips later this summer ahead of the 2024-2025 season and Mail Sport can reveal that global star Keoghan will take center stage in the club’s promotional material.
Keoghan won a BAFTA for Best Supporting Actor for his work in The Banshees of Inisherin and was nominated for an Oscar for the same film.
The Irishman has also been nominated for two Golden Globe awards, including one as best actor for his role in Saltburn.
But Keoghan’s latest role sees him at the heart of United’s charm offensive for their new kit.

Top Boy star Keoghan was photographed in a Manchester United tracksuit earlier this year, while his great-nephew Frank Stapleton played for the club at Old Trafford for six years in the 1980s.
Keoghan, 31, even pursued a career in football before turning to acting.
United and key kit suppliers Adidas have a history of turning to entertainers to run their promotional activities off the pitch.
The club teamed up with legendary British band The Stone Roses to release a clothing collection earlier this year.
