Lisa Snowdon joked: ‘Oh babes! You’re definitely done!’ and Love Island’s Georgia Harrison typed: ‘I Love you’.
Emily and Alistair first started dating in September last year and announced they were expecting a baby in January.
Emily proudly announced the happy news on Instagram in early January, with a photo of her blossoming baby bump, and said she was ‘over the moon’.
She did not confirm Alistair’s identity in the post, but her publicist later confirmed the relationship and they have reportedly gone home together as they prepare for the baby’s arrival.
Emily has known Alistair all her life because he is her aunt’s stepson.
Emily previously opened up about how important her cousins have been in her life, calling them “the best friends I’ve ever had.”

In March, Emily revealed how pregnancy changed her priorities before welcoming her first child.
Emily said her body was now a temple after friends worried she hadn’t looked after herself in the past during an appearance on Loose Women.
She revealed to the panel how excited she was to welcome her baby – which she has confirmed is a boy – and said she felt “extremely connected” to her body now more than ever.
“My friends used to tell me they weren’t taking care of myself enough and staying up too late and stuff, and now I’m like, ‘No, my body is a vessel.’
She added: ‘It’s so important that I go to bed early and take care of myself.’
‘[Women are] sometimes walking to the shops feeling self-conscious, you know? I just let go of all those things, I eat the things I want to eat, I don’t worry about my weight. I’ve spent my whole life worrying about my weight, I do that too.’
