The beautiful Queensland home of Australian swimmer Ariarne Titmus is about to go under the hammer.

The 23-year-old Olympic hopeful grew up in the beautiful four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the Brisbane suburb of Chelmer.

Originally offered for auction earlier this year, the stylish property was passed over and has now been relisted with a price list of $2.35 million – $2.55 million.

The home was designed in the popular ‘Hamptons’ holiday home style and built especially for Ariarne’s parents. Steve and Robyn Titmus reported the National News Network on Friday.

Highlights of the multi-storey house include a swimming pool with a fantastic wooden terrace and a veranda adjacent to the dining room.

Ariarne’s father, Steve, is well known to Queenslanders as he presents Channel Seven Gold Coast News, while her mother, Robyn, has a career as a recruitment consultant.

According to the report, Ariarne lived on the property until 2023.

A year earlier, she spent $1.65 million on a flat in the Brisbane suburb of Teneriffe.

Ariarne wowed her fans after a stunning performance in the pool at this week’s Australian Swimming Trials.

The champion set a new world record in the 200 freestyle.

The Queenslander is an Olympic champion in the 200m and 400m freestyle and holds world records in both distances after setting a new 200m standard in Brisbane on Wednesday evening.
