England players were due to undergo their final full training ahead of their opening Euro 2024 match against Serbia in Gelsenkirchen on Sunday.
All 26 players in Gareth Southgate’s squad trained at the sun-drenched resort of Blankenhain, where the Three Lions have been based throughout the competition.
England stars appeared to be in high spirits as they were put to the test as Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold beamed as they completed several exercises.
Meanwhile, Southgate and his coaching team have maintained relatively steely faces as they look ahead to a winning start in their opening Group C match.
The best news for England supporters is that there are no injury concerns ahead of Sunday’s match, after defender John Stones missed training earlier this week due to illness.

Players were put through a mix of attacking, defensive and possession-based routines during the intense final session.
England captain and Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane led several drills but looked calm and relieved for most of the training.
There was even more excitement on the faces of Stones, Anthony Gordon and Marc Guehi as each player worked hard in an attempt to secure a starting place.
Competitors adopted a mix of yellow and red vests, while others wore only training tops, as Southgate tries to keep an eye on any leaks in team selection.

Alexander-Arnold was worked closely with Real Madrid superstar Bellingham during England’s training camp and continued to do so as he targeted a midfield spot against Serbia.
Southgate will also have to make tough decisions about the playing time of several youngsters, with Man United’s Kobbie Mainoo and Crystal Palace playmaker Adam Wharton both making their first major league appearances.
Mainoo has enjoyed a breakthrough season at Old Trafford and looked at ease as he worked in rabona training alongside Ivan Toney, Lewis Dunk and Liverpool’s Joe Gomez.
Meanwhile, Chelsea duo Cole Palmer and Conor Gallagher appeared to be enjoying each other’s company as they stayed side by side for part of Saturday’s training.
