John Fetterman was speeding when he rear-ended a car on the highway

Pennsylvania Democrat Senator John Fetterman was speeding when he hit a car on Sunday, and police say he is guilty. After the crash, both Fettermans were transported to the War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. Senator Fetterman was treated for a bruised shoulder.

The Democrat has had a history of health problems, most notably suffering a stroke while running for Senate in 2022. “According to a preliminary investigation, a Chevrolet Traverse and a Chevrolet Impala were both traveling westbound on I-70 when, for unknown reasons, the Traverse struck the rear of the Impala,” a Maryland State Police spokesperson told DailyMail.com.

The collision happened just before 8 a.m. on Sunday morning. “A passenger in the Traverse and the driver of the Impala were transported by ambulance to West Virginia War Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries,” the spokesperson announced.
